Why Does America Have 13 Million Households That Don’t Have Enough Food To Eat?

Have you ever had a day when your children were crying due to hunger but the cupboards were completely bare and your bank account was empty? If you haven’t, you should consider yourself to be extremely blessed, because this is what real life feels like for millions upon millions of Americans in 2018. As you will see below, a third of all Americans cannot even afford “the basics” each month, and 13 million households are officially considered to be “food insecure”. In other words, they don’t have enough to eat. Many parents out there choose to skip a meal (or two) each day just so that their kids can have full stomachs. But sometimes the money runs out completely, and that is when it gets really tough.

The Empire Keeps Proving Assange Right About Everything

If you ask #Resistance Twitter, it’s because it’s #MuellerTime and Assange is about to be arrested under some mysterious charges involving WikiLeaks’ publication of non-government, non-classified emails in 2016. If you ask QAnon cultists, it’s because Donald Trump is planning to extradite Assange so as to rescue him and deal a fatal blow to the Deep State. If you ask people who actually know what they’re talking about, however, it’s most likely for WikiLeaks’ Afghanistan and Iraq war logs and/or last year’s CIA leak publications, and most likely using the Espionage Act. This would constitute a deadly blow to press freedoms, and arguably a greater leap in the direction of Orwellian dystopia than the Patriot Act. -- It also proves once again that Julian Assange was completely right.

Why Society Hates Men - MGTOW

The problem with western society playing the identity politics game is that it's quite hard to get men to play that game. Men aren't generally willing to play those games unless they are weak cucks looking to get laid by feminists and passing down their weak genes because they can't do it by competing with masculine men. The soviets tried to be sneaky when it comes to tricking men into identity politics by saying that workers were being oppressed by the bourgeoisie. The workers of course were mostly men. So lumping men together as oppressed workers got men to work towards building the soviet union. The west of course provided its workers a better standard of life and communism crumbled. As men we are for the most part individualistic and competitive. Capitalism works best for hard working, inventive and risk-taking male behavior. It doesn't work as well for other groups. So they get together and try to undermine capitialism using social justice and cultural marxism.

Maxine Waters’ Career May Be Finished — New Scandal Revealed

A new complaint has been filed against Waters and it and the new unfolding scandal surrounding the complaint has the potential to finish off her career. The complaint involves an obscure fundraising tactic that has raked in thousands of dollars from state politicians in exchange for being listed on her slate mailers. This go-around, it involves supporters of a former Los Angeles mayor defeated in the June gubernatorial primary.

A conservative watchdog group named the National Legal and Policy Center is the one who filed the complaint with the Federal Election Commission against Waters, her campaign and a pro-charter school group called Families and Teachers for Antonio Villaraigosa — which backed the former Democratic mayor of Los Angeles.

This is very serious and could in the end not only end Waters’ career… it could also entail jail time. She has the best attorneys money can buy and it looks like she may need them.

Netanyahu says calling Israeli snap polls now would be 'irresponsible'

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday calling snap elections now would be "irresponsible" as he vowed to push on despite a coalition crisis.

Speaking in an impassioned televised address to the nation, Netanyahu also said he would retain the defence ministry portfolio at least for now and work to convince his coalition partners to remain in the government.

"To go to elections now would be irresponsible," Netanyahu said. "The security of the country is above political considerations."

Democratic senators SUE to have Trump's appointment of Matt Whitaker as acting attorney general declared unconstitutional by a judge

Three Democratic senators have filed a lawsuit challenging the appointment of Matthew Whitaker as acting attorney general.

The complaint was filed Monday by Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut, Mazie Hirono of Hawaii and Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island.

It argues that the appointment of Whitaker violates the Constitution because he has not been confirmed by the Senate.

The complaint asks a judge to declare the appointment unconstitutional and to prevent him from serving as head of the Justice Department.

Whitaker was chief of staff to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and was elevated to the top job after Sessions was ousted by President Donald Trump on Nov. 7.

Chilling Report Shows 88% of Missing Sex Trafficked Kids Come from US Foster Care

America has a dark secret that no one wants to admit. Talk of this secret will get you labelled as a conspiracy theorist, fake news, and outlets who report on it will have their organic reach throttled by social media and Google alike.

Despite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary, many in the mainstream media and the government refuse to see this very real epidemic of child sex trafficking in the United States. What’s more, according to the government’s own data, the vast majority of a portion of these trafficked kids are coming from the country’s own foster care system.

Children are being needlessly ripped from homes at such an alarming rate that hundreds of parents in one state have gone so far as to create a counter-kidnapping organization to stop it.

YET ANOTHER GDPR DISASTER: JOURNALISTS ORDERED TO HAND OVER SECRET SOURCES UNDER 'DATA PROTECTION' LAW

When the GDPR was being debated, we warned that it would be a disaster for free speech. Now that it's been in effect for about six months, we're seeing that play out in all sorts of ways. We've talked about how it was used to disappear public court documents for an ongoing case, and then used to disappear a discussion about that disappearing court document. And we wrote about how it's been used against us to hide a still newsworthy story (and that leaves out one other GDPR demand we've received in an attempt to disappear a story that I can't even talk about yet).

Devin Nunes: 'Fourth bucket' of classified emails show info withheld from FISA court

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., revealed the existence of a "fourth bucket" of information related to potential misconduct by the FBI that he wants declassified.

On his way out as chairman, as Democrats will take control of the House next year, Nunes said his panel's investigation into the Justice Department and FBI is largely complete. Still, he said the public release of these "buckets" would help give his efforts a sense of "finality."

Speaking with anchor Maria Bartiromo on her Fox News program "Sunday Morning Futures," Nunes said the first of three "buckets" were the Russia-related documents President Trump walked back from declassifying earlier this year.

The last tranche of documents, he said, pertains to emails showing knowledge about withholding information from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court.

Hollywood actors threaten boycott of Georgia after Kemp victory

Several Hollywood actors have called for a boycott of Georgia’s film industry after Republican Brian Kemp officially won the state’s gubernatorial contest.
?
The hashtag #boycottgeorgia began to trend after Stacey Abrams, a former Democratic state representative and romance novelist, announced Friday that she would no longerchallenge the Georgia Secretary of State’s election results. While Abrams acknowledged Kemp would be the winner of the election, she refused to call her speech a "concession" because a "concession means to acknowledge an action is right, true, or proper."

Before Kemp was certified as the official victor, actors were already threatening to boycott working in Georgia, a state with a large film industry that’s been dubbed the Hollywood of the South.

Ocasio-Cortez lashes out again, says ‘drooling’ Republicans waiting to ‘chop up’ her ‘word slips’

U.S. Rep.-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., lashed out at Republicans via Twitter on Sunday night, accusing the GOP of "drooling" in anticipation of the 29-year-old’s every misstep.

"Maybe instead of Republicans drooling over every minute of footage of me in slow-mo, waiting to chop up word slips that I correct in real-tomd (sic)," she wrote, "they [should] actually step up enough to make the argument they want to make: that they don’t believe people deserve a right to healthcare."

She later tweeted a correction on the spelling of "real-time."

Inside Judicial Watch: Court ORDERS Hillary Clinton to Testify UNDER OATH about Private Email Server!

Judicial Watch announced that U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ruled that within 30 days Hillary Clinton must answer under oath two additional questions about her controversial email system.

In 2016, Clinton was required to submit under oath written answers to Judicial Watch’s questions. Clinton objected to and refused to answer questions about the creation of her email system; her decision to use the system despite warnings from State Department cybersecurity officials; and the basis for her claim that the State Department had “90-95%” of her emails.

After a lengthy hearing on Wednesday, Judge Sullivan ruled that Clinton must address two questions that she refused to answer under-oath:

One of the greatest benefits with digital currency technology is that it can be used as a payment system. This should be an especially attractive feature to countries, businesses or individuals which are under sanctions...

After 17 years, many Afghans blame US for unending war

When U.S. forces and their Afghan allies rode into Kabul in November 2001 they were greeted as liberators. But after 17 years of war, the Taliban have retaken half the country, security is worse than it's ever been, and many Afghans place the blame squarely on the Americans. The United States has lost more than 2,400 soldiers in its longest war, and has spent more than $900 billion on everything from military operations to the construction of roads, bridges and power plants. Three U.S. presidents have pledged to bring peace to Afghanistan, either by adding or withdrawing troops, by engaging the Taliban or shunning them ... None of it has worked ... The U.S. has spent $132 billion on Afghanistan's reconstruction - more than was spent on Western Europe after World War II.

Lest we forget: Bygone lights shining on our dark present

"Nostalgia, a hybrid of nostos, the Greek words for "return", and algos, which means "suffering”, is often based on myths and false memories and, as such, is rarely a helpful illuminator on the present or guide to the future.

"But occasionally one stumbles on hard evidence of days long forgotten in the Arab world, or blurred and distorted by dysfunctional, primitive traditions and/or the venomous ideas of malicious forces among us, which shine a light on the darkness in which we currently live.

GOP chairman plans to subpoena Comey, Lynch to testify before next Congress

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) is planning to subpoena former FBI Director James Comey and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch in an effort to get them to testify before Democrats take over control of the panel in January, The Hill has learned.

Goodlatte on Friday provided notice to Rep. Jerrold Nadler (N.Y.), the top Democrat on the panel and presumed incoming chairman, of his plans to subpoena the former officials. Both officials served under former President Obama, while Comey briefly served under President Trump before being fired in May 2017.

The GOP chairman plans to subpoena the pair to discuss their decisionmaking during the 2016 presidential race, a committee aide confirmed. Republicans on the panel are seeking to have Comey appear for a deposition on Nov. 29 and for Lynch to testify Dec. 5.
