Jeffrey Epstein Was Their Teacher. He Became A Monster.

Some remember him as a caring teacher; others remember him as lousy. Some remember him as a creep. Some remember him as just one of many young faculty members, who barely would have stood out if not for his penchant for dressing in long, flamboyant fur coats.

In recent days, former teachers and alumni from The Dalton School in New York City have been reconnecting via long group email chains and Facebook comments to discuss memories of the infamous financier Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein, who was charged with the sex trafficking of minors on Monday, worked as an educator at the private school for two years, teaching math and science to students who were just a few years younger than he was at the time, according to The New York Times.

Harris and Gabbard not constitutionally qualified to be president

Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard was born on American Samoa (not on a military base). Like McCain's Canal Zone birth, it is doubtful that birth in the American Samoa qualifies Gabbard as a natural born citizen. Her father Mike Gabbard was also born in American Samoa but apparently has no other claim to citizenship. Her mother Carole Porter Gabbard was born in Decatur, Illinois. A respect for our Constitution and the law requires challenging Gabbard's qualifications, the same as anyone else of whatever political party. Their background is irrelevant.

So what is a "natural born citizen?" The phrase is not separately defined in the Constitution, indicating that those who wrote it and ratified it understood it as a term of art with a well-established interpretation (understood by Congress and all thirteen original states).

Biden declares that US relationship with Israel must be ‘ironclad’ regardless of who their Prime Minister is

On July 11, Democratic frontrunner Joe Biden gave a speech outlining his foreign policy objectives in which he stated that the United States must stand with Israel despite the disagreements some Democrats have with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Biden’s 40-minute speech was delivered at City University of New York and he spent most it vowing to renew the diplomacy of the Obama era, contrasting the previous approach with Trump’s “America First” technique. He vowed to rejoin the Paris climate accords and the Iran nuclear deal. Additionally, he called for an end to the United States’ involvement in “forever wars” although he never mentioned that he voted in favor of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq when he was a Senator.

Report: Jeffrey Epstein ‘entered partnership worth millions’ with former Israeli PM Ehud Barak in 2015

From Haaretz, "Revealed: Jeffrey Epstein Entered Partnership Worth Millions With Ehud Barak in 2015":

The American billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein, a registered sex offender who was arrested this week on new sex-trafficking charges involving underage girls, partnered with former Prime Minister Ehud Barak to invest in the former prime minister’s startup.

In 2015 Barak set up a limited partnership, in which he is the sole shareholder. That company invested in Reporty Homeland Security, established in 2014, becoming a major shareholder. Last year Reporty changed its name to Carbyne. The company develops call-handling and identification capabilities to for emergency response services.

Barak is the chairman of Carbyne and according to reports by business media outlets, his personal investment in the company totals millions of dollars in it. Haaretz has learned that Epstein financed a considerable part of the investment, thus becoming a partner in the project.

In January, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, tasked his Special Adviser for the Prevention of Genocide, Adama Dieng, to “present a global plan of action against hate speech and hate crimes on a fast-track basis”. Speaking at a press conference about the UN’s challenges for 2019, Guterres maintained, “The biggest challenge that governments and institutions face today is to show that we care — and to mobilize solutions that respond to people’s fears and anxieties with answers…”...

The UN feels that its ‘values’ are being threatened and those who criticize those values must therefore be shut down. Not only that...

The US administration and fanatic Zionism

For decades now, the Palestinians have been looking for an ‘honest peace broker’ to bring an end to their suffering through a negotiated peace agreement with Israel.

However, the image of US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman beaming as he snuck into a tunnel under the Palestinian Jerusalem neighbourhood of Silwan with a couple of sledge hammers to join a settler ceremony to open the tunnel finally exposed the US team as neither honest nor a broker. In fact the image showed a dishonest team of breakers of international law putting peace further and further into the future.

What were Friedman and President Trump’s Special representative for international negotiations doing in the name of the American people who they are meant to represent? My own fears about the US team which also includes Trump’s son-in-law and senior advisor on the Middle East, were raised back in 2017 when I saw this picture.

Alex Acosta Resigns as Secretary of Labor in Shadow of Epstein Case

On the heels of a press conference where he defended his prosecution of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, Alexander Acosta stepped down Friday as President Trump’s secretary of labor.

The Department of Labor did not immediately respond to phone calls and emails seeking comment on the resignation letter in which Acosta told Trump he would leave his post one week from today.

“A cabinet position is a temporary trust,” Acosta wrote. “I must set aside a part of me that wants to continue my service with the thousands of talented professionals at the Department of Labor.”

Acosta’s role overseeing an agency that monitors human trafficking has been under scrutiny since a watershed investigation in the Miami Herald laid bare the secret plea deal that he struck with the politically powerful financier.

Epstein 007

It is possible that Epstein is just an ordinary paedophile, a slave to his own sick depravity. But this now seems unlikely, it leaves too many questions unresolved: why did Epstein build a sex trafficking network? Why did he seek the company of the world’s most influential characters? Why did he schlep all those royals, once and future presidents, Harvard professors and movie stars around the world in his ‘Lolita Express’? And then we get to the big question: how did he get away with it all? Back in 2007, registered sex offender Epstein was supposed to spend the rest of his life behind bars. Instead he spent a mere thirteen months in a VIP prison.

Alexander Acosta stepping down as Labor secretary amid scrutiny of his handling of Epstein plea deal

US Labor Secretary Alex Acosta will step down from his position, just days after holding a press conference to defend a plea deal he helped to obtain for sex offender Jeffrey Epstein as a US attorney over ten years ago.
President Donald Trump announced the resignation at the White House on Friday morning, with Acosta at his side. The president said he left the decision up to the secretary, and lauded him as a “great labor secretary, not a good one.”

“I thought the right thing was to step aside,” Acosta said.

Acosta has stood by his involvement in the 2007 Epstein case, in which he brokered a plea deal for the accused, but a federal judge ruled in February that the former prosecutor violated the law by failing to notify Epstein’s victims of the terms of the deal. Democratic critics of the Trump administration have since called for his resignation.

EXCLUSIVE: Prince Andrew partied with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein at billionaire's infamous $77m Manhattan mansion - just months after his jail release for soliciting young girls for sex

Prince Andrew partied with his pedophile companion Jeffrey Epstein at the billionaire's $77million Manhattan mansion - just weeks after the shamed businessman was released from jail, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Epstein, hosted the bash in The Duke of York's honour as the Prince stayed at his home for four days in December 2010.

The 66-year-old hedge fund tycoon invited Andrew to stay after he had been released from prison in July following a 13-month prison term for soliciting girls as young as 14 for sex.

After his release and a year of house arrest in Palm Beach, Florida, Epstein hosted the star-studded dinner party in honor of his friend at his 71st Street mansion in New York, the same property raided by the FBI this week.

Bill Clinton Caught in Another Big Epstein Lie – Their Early Flights Were Not for Clinton Foundation - Alex Acosta Resigns As Labor Secretary Amid The Scandal

He lied and now we know, he lied again!

Florida billionaire Jeffrey Epstein was arrested on Saturday in New York for sex trafficking of minors.

Prosecutors unsealed an indictment against Jeffrey Epstein on Monday. The court accused Epstein of sexually abusing dozens of young girls for years at one of the biggest mansions in Manhattan, paying them hundreds of dollars in cash for each encounter and hundreds more if they could recruit other victims.

The fake news media immediately ignored Epstein’s connection to Bill Clinton but in reality, the Clintons partied with Epstein while Donald Trump had him kicked out of Mar-a-Lago for hitting on a teenage girl.

In Bill Clinton’s statement Monday he claimed he “knows nothing about terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida.

NYPD Exposed for Letting Convicted Pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, Skip Mandatory Check-Ins

By Matt Agorist

As TFTP reported this week, billionaire hedge fund manager and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was arrested on Saturday and made his first court appearance Monday for sex trafficking minors. While this news was certainly welcoming to those who have been following the case, it exposed a rather troubling practice by the NYPD when it comes to tracking convicted billionaire child rapists.

After Epstein was convicted as a child rapist in 2011, he was ordered by the court — as part of his sentencing — to check in with police as a registered sex offender every 90 days. Over the course of eight years since he was convicted, this amounts to 34 check-ins — exactly zero of which Epstein made...

Chuck Schumer Took Tens Of Thousands Of Dollars In Donations From Jeffrey Epstein

Senator Chuck Schumer accepted thousands of dollars in donations from Jeffrey Epstein in the 1990s, according to the NY Post. Schumer has recently been vocal in demanding that President Trump "answer" for his relationship with Epstein, while also urging Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta to resign.

FEC records showed that Schumer took in seven $1,000 donations between 1992 and 1997 from Epstein. The donations were accepted first as a US congressman, then later while running for the state's senator.

We reported Sunday night that Epstein had has been arrested for allegedly sex trafficking dozens of minors in New York and Florida between 2002 and 2005. The new charges claim that "Epstein sexually exploited dozens of underage girls in a now-familiar scheme: paying them cash for 'massages' and then molesting or sexually abusing them in his Upper East Side mansion or his residence in Palm Beach."

How Regulation Wrecks Innovation

By Adam Thierer

Even in an age of hyper-partisanship, people still like a good underdog story and few are better than the small start-ups taking on the giants of industry. Entrepreneurialism helps create jobs, innovations, and other economic and social opportunities. It’s a story everyone can get behind.

Everybody, that is, except the incumbents and their political lackeys, who do not want pesky upstarts disturbing the status quo. Those companies and policymakers will take steps to protect their market and political turf—primarily through the creation and preservation of regulations. They usually sound well-intentioned, but ultimately they only serve their interests at the expense of competitors, consumers, and the public...

Jeffrey Epstein's attorneys propose home detention at his $77 million mansion ahead of bail hearing

Lawyers for Jeffrey Epstein proposed a bail package on Thursday that would allow the multimillionaire alleged sex trafficker to remain out of jail pending trial and live instead in home detention at his Upper East Side mansion, one of the largest residences in Manhattan and valued at $77 million, according to court documents.

The defense proposal also would put Epstein under electronic monitoring by GPS, post a "substantial" personal recognizance bond secured by his Manhattan home, and deregister and ground his private jet.
Prosecutors have asked that Epstein be detained without bail until his trial. His bail hearing is scheduled for Monday.

The State as a Business and Incentive Structure

By Stefan Kløvning

During the millennia governments have existed, the core of their nature appears to hardly ever have been properly investigated or their legitimacy questioned. It’s no rare phenomenon to see objections that the institution holds too much power at a given moment, or that it should not take on additional functions, but that’s usually where the questioning ends. Even the American founders were deemed revolutionary for seeking to establish a government solely limited to the protection of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and they did, in fact, go far enough with this as to open up for the possibility of abolishing it if it ever grew beyond these functions. It’s a tragic occurrence, therefore, to witness that same nation taking on more and more characteristics in line with historical empires like Rome rather than a society based on tort law like Celtic Ireland and the Commonwealth of Iceland...

Recently, the North Carolina State Board of Elections asked suppliers of electronic voting machines a simple question: who owns you? (h/t Annemarie Bridy)
On June 14, 2019, the State Board of Elections requested that your companies disclose any owners or shareholders with a 5% or greater interest or share in each of the vendor’s company, any subsidiary company, of the vendor, and the vendor’s parent company.

This seems like very basic information -- information the Board should know and should be able to pass on to the general public. After all, these are the makers of devices used by the public while electing their representatives. They should know who’s running these companies and who their majority stakeholders are. If something goes wrong (and something always does), they should know who’s ultimately responsible for the latest debacle.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Unless and until the names of companies providing voting machines to the states are made public, there should be no purchasing of them by the states which utilize electronic tabulations to determine their outcome, period, end of discussion.

Billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein sent $3.5 million to Bill and Hillary Clinton‘s foundation after an underage sex slave probe began, according to secret Swiss bank records leaked by a whistleblower.

As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, Hillary Clinton is reconsidering her 2016 presidential bid because of fears of the embarrassing revelations that could emerge in the coming months about Bill Clinton’s dealings with Epstein.

Sworn statements from Virginia Roberts — the woman who claims she was a teen sex slave forced to have sex with Prince Andrew — also includes the allegation that she saw the former president on Epstein’s “orgy island.”

“I remember asking Jeffrey, ‘What’s Bill Clinton doing here?’ kind-of-thing and he laughed it off and said, ‘Well, he owes me a favor’ … he never told me what favors they were,'” Roberts told lawyers.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Again, the monied believe that there will never be any consequences for what they do, as long as they can buy off/kill off, or have killed off, those who offend them ion any way.

I remember a wonderful line from the series "Elementary", where Sherlock Holmes is describing his Father, Morland, to the Joan Watson character as someone who has "assassins on speed dial"; this, many times, when it comes to very powerful people, may well be more truth...than fiction.

Former Palm Beach County state's attorney, Barry Krischer, says that Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta's account of a 2008 plea arrangement his office cut with pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein is "completely wrong," and that Acosta "should not be allowed to rewrite history," according to a Wednesday statement by Krischer.

Earlier in the day Acosta held a press conference in which he vehemently defended the deal to serve just 13 months in county jail - saying that Krischer would have let Epstein walk otherwise.

"Simply put, the Palm Beach State Attorney's Office was willing to let Epstein walk free. No jail time. Nothing," said Acosta. "Prosecutors in my former office found this to be completely unacceptable, and we became involved."

Not true says Krischer - who said that Acosta abandoned a 53-page federal indictment "after secret negotiations between Mr. Epstein's lawyers and Mr. Acosta," according to The Hill.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Acosta most likely had a price for what he did, and Epstein most probably met it; that is the way the world is run, for the monied, by the monied, and of the monied.

The incredible "sleaze factor", and the moral horror of those kids getting violated, is never a factor, when the incredibly powerful believe that can get anything they want, and think that they can get away with it.

Of course, they never consider that cameras are running, and silently documenting this behaviour, and that the images (and sounds) may well be used later, for extortion, or blackmail.

That includes Hillary Clinton and her wife Bill. As long as the two of them are walking the streets of America Lady Justice will be forced to hide her eyes. They don’t call them the Clinton Crime Family for nothing.

Ask yourself this, if you had destroyed evidence in a criminal investigation would you be free to travel the world as if nothing had ever happened? If a government agency was investigating you and you told them that the evidence had been destroyed would they simply pat you on the back and send you on your merry way? Would YOU be making speeches all around the country?

Alex Acosta’s Team ‘Bent Over Backwards’ For Accused Child Sex Trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, 2007 Letter Said

A U.S. attorney’s office under current Labor Secretary Alex Acosta’s leadership “bent over backwards” for accused child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein while negotiating a non-prosecution agreement, Acosta’s assistant U.S. attorney wrote in a 2007 letter to Epstein’s attorney.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida granted federal immunity to Epstein and many of his associates under the 2007 agreement in return for Epstein pleading guilty to state-level charges. Acosta served 13 months at a county jail — instead of a state prison — and was allowed to leave on work release for 12 hours a day, six days a week.

Life-Altering Copyright Lawsuits Could Come to Regular Internet Users Under a New Law Moving in the Senate

By Ernesto Falcon

The Senate Judiciary Committee intends to vote on the CASE Act, legislation that would create a brand new quasi-court for copyright infringement claims. We have expressed numerous concerns with the legislation, and serious problems inherent with the bill have not been remedied by Congress before moving it forward.

In short, the bill would supercharge a “copyright troll” industry dedicated to filing as many “small claims” on as many Internet users as possible in order to make money through the bill’s statutory damages provisions. Every single person who uses the Internet and regularly interacts with copyrighted works (that’s everyone) should contact their Senators to oppose this bill...

Chuck Schumer Received Thousands in Donations from Jeffrey Epstein

Sen. Chuck Schumer has called for Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta to resign and has even said President Trump should “answer” for his relationship with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

But there’s one thing Schumer hasn’t talked about: He received thousands in donations from Epstein over a number of years during the 1990s.

The New York Post reported Wednesday, “Federal Election Commission records show that Schumer received seven $1,000 donations from Epstein between 1992 and 1997, first as a US congressman from New York and then when he was vying to be the state’s senator in 1998, an election he won.”
