PC BS (British Style) : Woman Arrested for Calling A Trans Woman A Man

A British woman was arrested in front of her children and held in police custody for 7 hours after calling a transgender woman a man online. -- Kate Scottow was detained following an argument on Twitter with a transgendered woman. She was charged with “harassment and malicious communications.” -- Presently, this could never happen in the US, although I'm sure that trans activists would love to lock up those who don't agree with them. Given the attitudes toward the First Amendment by many millenials, it's probably only a matter of time before the activists get their wish.

Kamala Harris says she's 'proud of being black' but doesn't call herself African-American after critics point out she's half Jamaican and half Indian – and lived in CANADA

Democratic Sen. Kamala Harris, who launched her presidential campaign last month, said Monday that she won't waste time and energy defending herself against claims that she's not 'black' enough to represent African-Americans in the White House.

Harris is the daughter of Indian and Jamaican immigrants and spent her high school years living in Canada. She has ducked the label 'African-American,' identifying as 'black' – or, simply, as 'American.'

Most Expensive Midterm Election Ever: Special Interests Paid Billions in 2018 for a Shot to Rule Over You

Even if you vote, or not, and your party wins, or not, because this system is set up this way, the police state will continue. Constantly voting for the lesser of two evils has manifested into an inevitable cycle in which the government gets more powerful and the people get poorer. But don’t take my word for it, just look at the current state of America. -- 50 percent of all American workers make less than $30,533 a year. In the meantime, however, the politically connected elite made up of the 0.1% have increased their wealth by more than $1 trillion in the past year. One trillion also happens to be the same amount of money that the US taxpayer has had placed on their backs in the form of government debt in the last year too. Coincidence? Probably not.

Even some school officials weren’t told their students were being monitored. Administrators at schools the Crime Lab used as controls to measure outcomes said the concept made them uneasy.

It is the right and duty of all Americans to REFUSE to comply with unconstitutional gun laws

The far-left Colorado enclave of Boulder, home to the University of Colorado, recently enacted a “law” that targets gun owners by criminalizing them for not jumping through a bunch of arbitrary bureaucratic hoops aimed at deconstructing the Second Amendment. But setting an example for all of us are patriots and gun-owners like local Boulder resident Jon Caldara, who’s gone public to say that he will never comply with his city’s unconstitutional demands, no matter the cost to his own life and livelihood.

Chase Bank Closes Trump Supporter’s Account

The “racist” and “white supremacist” claim has now moved into a totally new dimension in America as Chase Bank moved to close Enrique Tarrio, a Trump supporter’s accounts, according to an article in BizPacReview. Video: Texas Democrat Al Green — ‘Impeach Trump for Ralph Northam’s past bigotry’

On Thursday, Rep. Al Green, D-Texas, promised to force an impeachment vote against President Trump for — brace yourself — Gov. Ralph Northam’s past bigotry, The Hill and others reported. Northam, by the way, happens to be a Democrat.

According to The Hill report:

Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) said the refusal of both Virginia’s governor, Ralph Northam (D), and the state’s attorney general, Mark Herring (D), to resign after admissions of wearing blackface in the past “is but a symptom of a greater syndrome that currently plagues our country as a result of not acting on President Trump’s bigotry.”

In fact, the survey showed that Schultz’s addition widened the lead Trump had over every major Democrat figure … except one.

The Russian dossier was concocted to frame Trump and conceal the Clinton/DNC/Russian collusion

Bill and Hillary Clinton were and are up to their eyeballs in Russian collusion. All of the roads to the Trump dossier lead directly to them:

Christopher Steele: Paid by the Clinton campaign and the DNC and who paid Kremlin operatives for the dirt on Trump

(Steele shopped the dossier to numerous journalists in the summer of 2016 after calling his buddies in the Kremlin for dirt on Trump. He ever went to Russia for the information)

Michael Isikoff: Wrote the Yahoo article based on the information fed to him be Steele.

Sid Blumenthal: Fed information to Christopher Steele via the Bruce Ohr at the obama State Department.

Alexander Downer: Now tied directly to the Clinton’s

It is also very curious that Downer just happened to sit next to Papadopoulos at the very same London bar and strike up a conversation about Hillary’s emails. What are the odds?

Virginia delegate backs off plan to introduce articles of impeachment against Fairfax

Virginia delegate Patrick Hope on Monday backed off his plans to introduce articles of impeachment against embattled Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax.

"Yesterday I sent draft language to my colleagues on the first step of an impeachment action regarding the Lt. Governor. There has been an enormous amount of sincere and thoughtful feedback which has led to additional conversations that need to take place before anything is filed," he wrote in a tweet early Monday.

Hope's decision came during a conference call Sunday night with Democratic members of the Virginia House of Delegates in which members voiced their strong opinion to Hope that the caucus was not prepared for articles of impeachment to be introduced, according to a source familiar with the talks.

William Barr in 2017: DOJ ‘Abdicating Its Responsibility’ by Ignoring Clinton Uranium Deal in Favor of Russia Collusion

Attorney General nominee William Barr said in 2017 that he believed there was more basis to investigate failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for her alleged role in the Uranium One agreement than President Donald Trump’s purported collusion with the Russian government in the 2016 election.

Following a call last year by President Trump for the Department of Justice to probe into Clinton’s role in the deal, Barr told the New York Times that there was “nothing inherently wrong” about a president requesting a probe — but cautioned that one shouldn’t be undertaken because the White House wants one. Barr also told the Times: “I have long believed that the predicate for investigating the uranium deal, as well as the foundation, is far stronger than any basis for investigating so-called ‘collusion.’”

“To the extent it is not pursuing these matters, the department is abdicating its responsibility,” he added.

The case for Russia collusion … against the Democrats

Now that both the House and Senate investigative committees have cleared Donald Trump of Democrat-inspired allegations of Russian collusion, it is worth revisiting one anecdote that escaped significant attention during the hysteria but continues to have U.S. security implications.

As secretary of State, Hillary Clinton worked with Russian leaders, including Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and then-President Dmitri Medvedev, to create U.S. technology partnerships with Moscow’s version of Silicon Valley, a sprawling high-tech campus known as Skolkovo.

Clinton’s handprint was everywhere on the 2009-2010 project, the tip of a diplomatic spear to reboot U.S.-Russian relations after years of hostility prompted by Vladimir Putin’s military action against the former Soviet republic and now U.S. ally Georgia.

‘ENEMY CAN’T ASK US TO LEAVE, THEY MUST LEAVE’: IRAN CALLS FOR US TO WITHDRAW FROM THE REGION

Tehran has brushed off US calls to pull its forces out of Middle East countries, saying that it is the ‘enemy’ Washington who should go back home. It comes as Iran marks 40 years since the Islamic Revolution.
As the US’ own forces start to withdraw from Syria, Washington is increasingly worried that Tehran is getting too entrenched in the war-torn country. The US has repeatedly lambasted Iran for its presence in Syria, where Tehran maintains ‘military advisers.’

On Monday, the deputy head of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards fired back at Washington: “The enemy cannot ask us to leave the region. They must leave the region.”

“We will help any Muslim anywhere in the world,” Brigadier General Hossein Salami added.

It’s not the first time that Iran has rejected US demands to curb its ‘influence.’ Last week, a senior aide to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, Ali Akbar Velayati, warned: “Whether they want to or not, the Americans must leave Syria.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

Mr. President, a word please; last time I checked Russia and Iran had been invited by the government of Syria to assist it in getting rid of the western funded, trained, and supported jihadists: the US government was not invited to this particular party, in case the memo never reached you.

In fact, this US occupation of Syria falls under the heading of " a major crime against sovereign state."

And sir, this stated objective that the US has to stay in Syria to watch Iran?!? I don't know if any one has mentioned this to you, but even though you have pulled the US out of the P5+1, Iran, as declared through the IAEA's certifications, Iran is still keeping its part of the deal.

Has Iran started a war in the last two hundred years?!? The short answer is no, Mr. President; they have not. So why in the world is the US "watching them" from Syria?!?

Surely, there has to be another reason. Perhaps creating a false flag in Syria, blame it on the Iranians, and off we would be going, into an Israel-favored war?!? I would like to hope - and pray - that this is not the design objective of the US staying in Syria.

And Mr. President, there is another issue which the American people would like to have explained; why is it, sir, that Iran has signed the NNPT, but Israel has not, meaning, of course, that they are not entitled to any money or weaponry, according to the Mann Act and the Symington Amendment?!?

Isn't the US violating its own law, every time Israel gets more money, or weaponry from the US?!? Can you explain this to us, please?!?

And your excuse for staying in Syria being that we must "protect Israel" with our Syrian occupation?!? President Trump, can you enlighten us on the latest and greatest package passed by Congress for Israeli aid?!?

U.S., Israel Sign Historic 10-year, $38-billion Military Aid Deal

Sir, forgive me, but at this massive cost to the US government (while homeless Vets still sleep rough in our streets, and our infrastructure is crumbling around us), one might imagine that possibly, just possibly, with all that illegal cash, that Israel is receiving from the US, Israel would be fully capable of protecting itself.

So the answers you have provided ring utterly hollow, as the "reasons why" the US military is still in Syria. What you and Israel may have in mind for Syria and Iran, I shudder to contemplate.

Haley, Chelsea Clinton Fume at Rep. Ilhan Omar's Remarks on Israeli Lobby in US

One of the first two Muslim congresswomen in US history, Ilhan Omar, has faced accusations of anti-Semitism in the past. However, she has insisted that her criticism of the Israeli government and Israel's influence on US politics don't make her an anti-Semite.

Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar has triggered torrents of outrage among politicians from both sides of the aisle after hinting that pro-Israel lobbyists sway US politicians to support the Jewish state.

On Sunday, journalist Glenn Greenwald retweeted a Haaretz article reporting that House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy had threatened to take "action" against Omar and another Muslim congresswoman, Rashida Tlaib, over their criticisms of Israel and perceived anti-Semitism.

'Lost' blood scandal files trigger fears of a cover-up: Nearly 50 documents are still missing after being 'checked out' by Whitehall officials

Up to 950 files relating to the contaminated blood scandal were removed by Whitehall officials, an investigation has found.

Although most have since been retrieved, at least 45 documents are still missing and unaccounted for.

The files were ‘checked out’ by civil servants from the Department of Health and, oddly, the Department for Education at intervals over the past three decades.

Although most of the files relating to the contaminated blood scandal have since been retrieved, at least 45 documents are still missing and unaccounted for

Campaigners believe they contain evidence that will incriminate officials over what they knew and when.

US No Longer In Top 20 Least Corrupt Countries In The World

The United States has dropped out of the top 20 list of “cleanest countries”, according to an annual survey that ranks countries based on corruption.

The US saw its ranking on the closely watched annual survey drop as a result of threats to its constitutional system of checks and balances. Overall, the US dropped to a score of 71, from 75 in 2017.

The ranking means that the US dropped out of the top 20 nations on the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) for the first time since 2011.

“A four point drop in the CPI score is a red flag and comes at a time when the US is experiencing threats to its system of checks and balance, as well as an erosion of ethical norms at the highest levels of power,” the organisation, which is based in Berlin, said in a statement.

Capitol Hill Cowards: Why Congress Is Trying to Undermine Trump’s Troop Withdrawal Plan

Afghanistan is America’s longest war, at seventeen years and counting. It has run longer than the Mexican-American War, Civil War, Spanish-American War, World War I, World War II, and Korean War combined. Yet Congress has conducted minimal oversight and done nothing as the executive branch’s aim devolved into pushing failure onto the next administration.

In Syria Washington chose to enter a civil war of minimal security concern to America. Syria was allied with the Soviet Union during the Cold War. Washington’s previous forays in similarly imploding Middle Eastern nations—Lebanon and Libya—turned out badly. The executive branch concocted ever more outlandish duties for American military personnel: extirpate ISIS, exclude Iran, confront Russia, pacify Turkey, protect Kurds, and pressure Damascus. Yet Congress never voted on the continual usurpation of legislative power.

US Blockade on Venezuela Has Cost US$350 Billion

According to the study, these economic and financial attacks "are usually the prelude to military intervention."

The Economic Debates Unit of the Latin American Geopolitical Strategic Center (CELAG) released a report on "the economic consequences of the boycott against Venezuela," on Friday, in which it is proved that the "international financial blockade to Venezuela since 2013 is the main responsible for the economic crisis."

According to CELAG's report, the financial and economic blockade that was mainly promoted by the United States, and enforced by its allies, would have cost Venezuela around US$350 billion "in the production of goods and services between 2013 and 2017."

Blocking a country financially is paramount when trying to asphyxiate the national economy. The external attacks are able to undermine the economic and productive capacity of the country, and therefore, destroy the economy. According to the study, these economic and financial attacks "are usually the prelude to military intervention."

Senior diplomatic sources in Tehran revealed that US President Donald Trump is seriously attempting to open a channel to hold direct talks with his Iranian counterpart and travel to the country.

Afghanistan’s Guantanamo

What happened to prisoners at Bagram, 'Afghanistan’s Guantanamo'?
Some were deported, others feel safer in Afghan jail than home and little is known about a US-accused Egyptian prisoner.

Before there was Guantanamo, there was Bagram, a US detention site near its giant airbase in Afghanistan, which came to be synonymous with torture and prisoner abuse.

But when the US relinquished control of the prison, now called Parwan Detention Facility, to Afghan security forces in December 2014, Washington renounced responsibility for the men once held there.

The handful of prisoners left behind became the Afghans' problem>>>
***

I worry that nearly two decades after 9/11, the US military continues to compromise its obligations under the Geneva Conventions to treat detainees humanely for the sake of expediency - and perhaps because they think no one is paying attention to these forgotten men.

Ex-Bell, Calif., Mayor Oscar Hernandez too uneducated to know his actions were illegal, lawyer says

The unschooled and illiterate former mayor of the scandal-ridden suburban city of Bell had no training that would have alerted him that his huge salary was illegal, his lawyer told a jury in closing arguments Thursday.

Former Mayor Oscar Hernandez didn't have a college or high school degree and didn't even finish elementary school, defense attorney Stanley Friedmand said.

Hernandez is among six former Bell city officials on trial for allegedly misappropriating funds. He was earning just under $100,000 a year for the part-time job.

Friedman argued that financial advisers hired by the city could have informed Hernandez that salaries being paid to council members were illegal, but no one did that.

"They didn't say, 'Stop in the name of the law. These salaries are illegal,'" he said.

A Republican Senator Dropped A Bombshell About When The Mueller Report Will Come Out

Mueller has since become the darling of the far-left, who have convinced themselves that he is on the verge of throwing President Trump behind bars.

However, while evidence exists that Mueller’s report may ultimately disappoint Democrats, there is even more confusion over the timing of when Mueller plans to release his findings.

All of that may change very soon though.

One Republican Senator just dropped a bombshell about when he expects Mueller to wrap up his work.

The Daily Mail reports, “Senator Chuck Grassley said Tuesday that he believes Special Counsel Robert Mueller is just weeks away from finishing the report he was hired to produce, 21 months after his Russia probe began.”

Grassley told reporters that he expects Mueller’s investigation to be presented within a month, though he added there’s a chance the Senate will not get to see the findings.
