Why Gilligan’s Island May be the Answer to Police Brutality

By John J. Baeza
I retired from the NYPD and moved to Florida like many NYC policemen and firemen do- there is no state income tax here and it doesn’t snow. I decided I needed a job so I worked for a local Sheriff’s office for three years.

Policemen always have their hands full when they deal with emotionally disturbed persons (EDP’s in NYPD parlance). It was no different in south Florida.

Incoming: Series of ‘near-Earth’ asteroids hurtling past our planet this week

Between Wednesday and Sunday, 11 space rocks are due to whizz past our planet at varying distances. The largest of the Near Earth Objects (NEOs) is believed to be up to 140 meters (160 feet) wide, according to asteroid monitors.

Three such space bodies are due to pass on Wednesday alone, while Saturday will see four zoom by, according to NASA data. The largest of the incoming batch, an asteroid called 2019 SX5, is expected to pass on Thursday.

NEOs are comets and asteroids whose orbits bring them relatively close to our planet. You can rest assured that all of the 11 due to swing by in the coming days are expected to pass us safely.

FLASHBACK - CDC admits 98 million Americans were given cancer virus via the polio shot

The CDC has admitted that between 1955–1963 over 98 million Americans received one or more doses of a polio shot which was contaminated with a cancer-causing virus called Simian vacuolating virus 40 (SV40). The CDC quickly took down the page, along with Google, but the site was luckily cached and saved to symbolize this grand admission.

Why NASA's Annoyed About Elon Musk's Giant Rocket

SpaceX has never flown a person into space in its Crew Dragon, its first crew-capable spacecraft. But already the company is showing off its much bigger, much shinier cousin: the Starship, built in Boca Chica, a coastal village at the southeastern tip of Texas, as part of a plan to carry giant crews into deep space. And NASA's administrator is bristling.

That's because, even though the Crew Dragon — which consists of a capsule for carrying cargo and crew into space on top of a Falcon 9 rocket — is still very much in the works, it's well behind schedule.

The Book Is About To Close On The Late Great United States Of America

Our story could have ended very differently. If America had embraced the truth, that would have put us on a far different road than the one we are on today. Instead, we are steamrolling toward oblivion, and only a small handful of brave watchmen are even warning about the ominous fate that lies directly ahead of us. We live at a time when “evil” is called “good” and “good” is called “evil”, and just about every form of human degradation that you can possibly imagine is absolutely exploding in our society.

The US military dropped more bombs on Afghanistan in the last month than it has since 2010

U.S. military aircraft dropped more bombs and fired more missiles in Afghanistan last month than it has in nearly a decade, Air Force statistics show.

In September the U.S. military dropped 948 munitions in Afghanistan, according to U.S. Air Forces Central Command's latest summary of wartime missions. The last time so much ordnance was used in Afghanistan was October 2010, when the coalition tracked 1,043 weapons releases.

Both President Donald Trump and Defense Secretary Mark Esper have said the U.S. military has escalated attacks against the Taliban following the breakdown of peace talks in early September.

Did China Just Announce the End of U.S. Primacy in the Pacific?

For decades, the United States has taken China’s ballistic missile capability for granted, assessing it as a low-capability force with limited regional impact and virtually no strategic value. But on October 1, during a massive military parade celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), Beijing put the U.S., and the world, on notice that this assessment was no longer valid.

In one fell swoop, China may have nullified America’s strategic nuclear deterrent, the U.S. Pacific Fleet, and U.S. missile defense capability.

Iran, Israel and Destiny

Although Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu struggles to form a new government and tries valiantly to stay out of jail but he has managed to find the time to pledge to spend many more shekels. Finally, it dawned on Netanyahu that Israel lags Iran in an arms race.

Israel has seriously mismanaged its conflict with Iran. For over a decade, Israel has relentlessly threatened and sought to intimidate Iran. Iran’s response has been effective: slowly but surely Iran encircled the Jewish state. Israel doesn’t share a border with Iran but Iran is present on so many of Israel’s borders.

A conflict with Iran could have lethal consequences for Israel. Israeli military experts expect that such a conflict would subject Israel’s cities to attack by thousands of well-aimed missiles and result in total devastation.

Fracking-induced earthquakes in Central and Eastern America are on the rise, caution researchers

It’s getting harder for fracking proponents to defend the practice as new studies show that it can be linked to a rise in earthquakes throughout the United States, particularly in areas where seismic events are not historically common – and this is true even when wastewater disposal, which often takes the blame for fracking-related seismicity, isn’t involved.

Researchers shared their findings at the Seismological Society of America 2019 Annual Meeting. They identified more than 600 earthquakes in states like Ohio, Texas, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma and West Virginia that were linked to the practice, ranging in magnitude from 2.0 to 3.8.

Michael Brudzinski of Miami University of Ohio said that the earthquakes caused directly by fracking are “underappreciated” when compared to those linked to wastewater disposal because they happen less frequently. However, they should not be underestimated as they pose a real threat.

The ‘Whistleblower’ Probably Isn’t

It’s an insult to real whistleblowers to use the term with the Ukrainegate protagonist

By MATT TAIBBI: The unnamed person at the center of this story sure didn’t sound like a whistleblower. Our intelligence community wouldn’t wipe its ass with a real whistleblower.

Americans who’ve blown the whistle over serious offenses by the federal government either spend the rest of their lives overseas, like Edward Snowden, end up in jail, like Chelsea Manning, get arrested and ruined financially, like former NSA official Thomas Drake, have their homes raided by FBI like disabled NSA vet William Binney, or get charged with espionage like ex-CIA exposer-of-torture John Kiriakou. It’s an insult to all of these people, and the suffering they’ve weathered, to frame the ballcarrier in the Beltway’s latest partisan power contest as a whistleblower.

Why isn’t Greta Thunberg concerned about child victims who are having their childhoods stolen due to death from transgender puberty-blocking drugs?

The real threat is gender-bending pharmaceuticals like Lupron (leuprolide acetate for depot suspension), a GnRH agonist drug that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) now admits has caused at least 6,370 deaths since 2014.

In addition to death, Lupron is also associated with more than 25,500 “serious” reactions during this same period of time – reactions that are depriving children of their childhood and forcing them to suffer potentially lifelong consequences.

Why are children being given Lupron? For some, it’s because they have what’s known as “precocious puberty,” or pubertal development that comes too soon. But increasingly, children with gender dysphoria are also being given Lupron as a “treatment” for supposedly being born in the wrong biological bodies.

Vaccines found to be deliberately formulated with hundreds of cancer genes to ensure repeat business for Big Pharma

Groundbreaking research out of Italy has uncovered shocking new details about the aborted human fetal cell lines that are used in many of today’s childhood vaccines.

As reported by Children’s Health Defense (CHD), a group known as Corvelva discovered that the original MRC-5 aborted baby cell line from which vaccines are still made today is derived from the entire human genome of an aborted male baby with “abnormal” genes.

As it turns out, some 560 of these abnormal genes have been linked to cancer, suggesting that a person’s cancer risk increases every time he or she is injected with yet another vaccine that contains this tainted MRC-5 aborted baby cell line.

In case you’re unfamiliar with MRC-5, this cell line is still being used in vaccines like the MMRV, which is manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), as well as in Twinrix (for Hepatitis A and B), Proquad (another MMRV vaccine), and Varivax (for varicella and chicken pox).

New evidence suggests a huge asteroid DID hit EARTH 12,800 years ago causing an ice age, wiping out dozens of species and decimating humans

Evidence to support this theory that an asteroid triggered global cooling and the extinction of large animals has been uncovered in South Africa.

A team of scientists discovered signs of a 'platinum spike' at a site called Wonderkrater in the Limpopo Province, north of Pretoria in South Africa.

The researchers say the platinum spike supports the The Younger Dryas Impact Hypothesis - which posits that a large asteroid hit the Earth and caused a mini ice age that wiped out dozens of species including mammoths and severely reduced Earth's human population.

Meteorites are rich in platinum and the Wonderkrater site adds to almost 30 other platinum spikes found worldwide, mostly in the northern hemisphere.

The scientists said the platinum spikes across the globe their findings support the theory that a large asteroid sent plumes of dust into the air, blocking out the sun and plunging the Earth into a mini ice age.

Signs of life? NASA’s Curiosity rover discovers ancient oasis on Mars 3.5 billion years in the making (PHOTOS)

The surface of Mars is a frigid unwelcoming desert, but once upon a billions years ago there was an oasis, says a new study based on discoveries made by NASA’s Curiosity rover. But one mystery remains: was there life?

Using data gathered by the aptly named rover, scientists have determined a 100-mile-wide crater on the planet’s surface, dubbed “Gale,” was once dotted with small, salty lakes and ponds some 3.5 billion years ago. The finding provides a window deep into the Red Planet’s history, to a time when it may have been capable of sustaining life.

New Study is “Chilling Commentary” on Future of Antibiotics

The health care market is failing to support new antibiotics used to treat some of the world’s most dangerous, drug-resistant “superbugs,” according to a new analysis by University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine infectious disease scientists.

In a study published today in Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy, a journal of the American Society for Microbiology, investigators used nationwide prescription data to determine that the current annual U.S. sales of new antibiotics to treat carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE), one of the world’s most insidious drug-resistant bacteria, is about $101 million annually — significantly short of the $1 billion believed to be necessary to assure the financial viability of a new antibiotic...

Harvard Medical School Professors Uncover an Uncomfortable Truth About Vaccines

By Arjun Walia

The Facts: A 2010 HHS pilot study by the Federal Agency for Health Care Research (AHCR) found that 1 in every 39 vaccines causes injury, a shocking comparison to the claims from the CDC of 1 in every million.

Reflect On: Are vaccines really as safe as they’re marketed to be?

We are constantly told that vaccines are safe and effective and that there’s nothing to worry about. This simply isn’t the case, and it’s a hard-to-swallow truth that many people refuse to acknowledge. Mass marketing campaigns portray vaccines in a ‘God-like’ light, and the science is being ignored. The truth is that vaccines are actually exempt from double-blind placebo controlled studies and they have not been put through appropriate safety testing. Furthermore, a number of concerns have been raised about vaccine safety by a number of scientists around the world...

More US babies die on their first day than in 68 other countries, report shows

This is shameful!

By Maggie Fox, Senior Writer
The U.S. is a worse place for newborns than 68 other countries, including Egypt, Turkey and Peru, according to a report released Tuesday by Save the Children.

A million babies die every year globally on the same day they were born, including more than 11,000 American newborns, the report estimates. Most of them could be saved with fairly cheap interventions, the group says.

“The birth of a child should be a time of wonder and celebration. But for millions of mothers and babies in developing countries, it is a dance with death,” the report reads. “A baby’s first day is the most dangerous day of life—in the United States and countries rich and poor,” it adds.

What would you do?

This is the story of a medical drug, a famous drug company, trust, betrayal, and mass murder.

After 30 years, the truth is confirmed—Eli Lilly, the maker of Prozac, secretly paid off plaintiffs in a court case.

Space bagel: Russia to fly donut-shaped spaceship to edge of solar system

The spaceship’s clever method of sourcing fuel will allow it to overtake even the fastest probes, unravel questions about the origin of comets, and even provide electricity to future martian colonists, all while proving Albert Einstein’s theory of general relativity.

The plate covering the middle part of the bagel-shaped ship is a solar sail. It is coated in a special substance that will begin to evaporate as it approaches the Sun, giving the ship a boost of jet acceleration without having to carry heavy engines.

Using the pressure of sunlight in this ingenious manner will allow the sailboat to speedily get to the mysterious Oort cloud at the edge of the solar system, where it’s believed that comets are born.

“The duration of flights to other stars is gigantic. The Voyager 1 high-speed space probe will take 300 years to reach the Oort cloud. Our sail can reach it in 20-30 years,” said Professor Olga Starinova, of Samara University’s Department of Space Engineering.

Beware Awakening China

By Eric S. Margolis

Special for LewRockwell.com

“China is a sleeping giant. Let her sleep, for when she wakes she will move the world.” Napoleon

France’s future emperor never saw China, but he was wise enough to understand its immense latent strength and future importance. Two centuries after making this prediction, China has proved the Corsican correct.

While Washington fiddles and burns, Chairman Xi Jinping, the new Chinese emperor, is fast making China great again.

How An Ever Sanctioning Superpower Is Losing Its Status

The U.S. loves to dish out sanctions left and right and the Trump administration has increased their use. But sanctions, especially unilateral ones, do not work. The U.S. has not recognized that because it never looked if those sanctions fulfill their aims. A recent Government Accountability Office report found:

Th U.S. sanctions and sanctions and sanctions but never checked if sanctions work to the intended purpose. The efforts to sanction Russia have surely led to some unintended consequences. They are the reason why the alliance between China and Russia deepens every day. The U.S. has the exorbitant privilege of having its own currency being used as the international reserve. The sanctioning of U.S. dollar transactions is the reason why the U.S. is now losing it:

Iran Is China’s Secret Weapon for Killing off the US Dollar’s Global Reserve Status

There is a strong current of change affecting the international political arena. It is the beginning of a revolution brought on by the transition from a unipolar to multipolar world order. In practice, we are faced with the combination of several factors, including the application of US tariffs on Chinese exports, Washington’s sanctions on Iran, US energy self-sufficiency, the vulnerability of Saudi industrial facilities, and Iranian capabilities for resisting US attacks, as well as its exportation of large quantities of gas and oil to China. Everything converges on one factor, namely, the looming decline of the US dollar as the global reserve currency.

Beijing’s recent decision to grant a credit line of between 280 and 400 billion US dollars to the Islamic Republic of Iran is part of a broad-spectrum strategy that looks to the distant and not just immediate future.

Why China’s New WZ-8 Hypersonic Surveillance Drone is Very Bad News for the U.S. Navy

On October 1st China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) unveiled a number of new pieces of high end military hardware during a large scale parade in Tiananmen Square, staged to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China and conclusion of the Chinese Civil War.

While the unveiling of the DF-41 hypersonic intercontinental range ballistic missile drew the most attention among the new weapons systems, it was perhaps the smaller WZ-8 hypersonic surveillance drones which had the most significant implications for the PLA’s future capabilities.

Axis of Resistance. The West and its Allies Support al Qaeda and ISIS Globally

The real Axis of Evil consists of Washington-led NATO and its allies. The magnitude of the human and environmental catastrophe is unimaginable in scope. Western governments and their agencies send strong delusion to North Americans, who remain largely ignorant to the reality of the catastrophe being committed in their names.

The Western War Of Terror, to which our governments remain committed, loots public treasuries to commit and sustain an overseas holocaust, wherein the West and its agencies support, command and control the very same terrorism that they proclaim to be fighting.

David Icke: Who Did 9/11 and Why? Part One of a Two-Part Interview

David Icke’s new book The Trigger really triggers some people…like The Washington Post‘s passive-aggressive book reviewer Ron Charles, who brags, shedding crocodile tears all the while: “I banned a book. Or at least I helped get it banned, which makes Banned Books Week a little awkward for me this year.”

If Icke is such a nut, and The Trigger is just “harebrained word vomit,” why would anyone—least of all a Washington Post book reviewer who pretends to hate censorship—feel the need to have it banned? The likely answer, of course, is that Charles knows or suspects, consciously or unconsciously, that Israel was behind 9/11.(1)

And why wouldn’t he? Even the most naive and cursory observer of 21st century geopolitics can see that Israel was the biggest beneficiary of 9/11, which brainwashed the whole world to hate Israel’s Muslim enemies, and hijacked the American military to attack and/or destroy nations that Israel considered a threat.

A brief, unhappy history of Israeli massacres

It would be nice to think that, as an Israeli officer once put it, “This time we went too far” — that the killings of 17 unarmed protesters in Gaza by Israeli riflers across a security fence on Friday would cause the world to sanction Israel for its conduct. But if you look over Israel’s history, you find that the massacre has been a ready tool in the Israeli war-chest; and Israelis have not been prosecuted for carrying them out. Indeed, a couple of those responsible later became prime minister!

Here, largely from my own memory, is a rapidly-assembled list of massacres, defined by Webster’s as the killing of a “number of usually helpless or unresisting human beings under circumstances of atrocity or cruelty” (and yes, a couple precede the birth of the state).

Turmeric Compound Effects on Listeria

Lab studies suggest that curcumin, by itself or combined with other antibacterial compounds, can suppress Listeria bacteria.

Encapsulated curcumin is much more potent than plain curcumin. It substantially inhibits even antimicrobial-resistant Listeria.

Research (mostly lab studies) show that other individual compounds in turmeric also have antibacterial effects against Listeria. These include:

1,8-CINEOLE (v.67, 73)
ALPHA-PINENE (v.67, 78)
BETA-PINENE (v.67, 78)
CAMPHOR (v.67, 74, 75)
EUGENOL (v.75, 76)
GERANIOL (v.76, 77)
LIMONENE (v.67, 75)

All of these performed better than the antibiotic streptomycin in the disc-diffusion type of test, which had no effect on Listeria.

Ebola Crisis Worsens, Threatening Tanzania, But New Vaccine Appears Effective

The most recent and ongoing devastating outbreak of Ebola in central Africa raging since August 2018 has claimed over 2000 lives and resulted in 3000 confirmed infections, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).

And perhaps most alarming are recent new reports of possible Ebola deaths in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania at the major international port there — a surprising development given the WHO did not even rank Tanzania as among the "most vulnerable" countries for an outbreak (those listed are Burundi, Rwanda, South Sudan, and Uganda based on reported cases near busy border crossings). This after in early summer it spread from worst hit Congo to neighboring Uganda, resulting in multiple deaths, including a child.
