FX’s new television series “Impeachment: American Crime Story”, set to air on 7 September, is based on Jeffrey Toobin's 2000 book A Vast Conspiracy: The Real Story of the Sex Scandal That Nearly Brought Down a President, offering a fresh glance at the public saga that involved then-President Bill Clinton and White House intern Monica Lewinsky.

A new 10-part television drama series is set to revisit the Bill Clinton-Monica Lewinsky saga and the national controversy that emerged in its wake.

“No one, as far as we know, from the Clinton camp has seen this series,” executive producer of Impeachment: American Crime Story, Brad Simpson, said at Friday’s virtual Television Critics Association (TCA) panel ahead of the airing of the show on September 7.

Late-night comedians carry water for Biden after Afghan speech

Some late-night comedians are working to deflect blame against President Joe Biden’s Afghanistan policy following the Taliban takeover of the country.

While some media outlets criticized Biden for the botched troopp withdrawal, many left-leaning comics, focused their ire on Republicans following Biden's address on Monday, where he said he stood "squarely behind" it despite the chaos that followed.

CBS’s "The Late Show" host Stephen Colbert attacked former President Donald Trump for his response to Biden’s speech and ultimately defended Biden’s policies.

Chris Evans goes full Captain America, assembling a cavalcade of warmongering Washington avengers to discuss the Middle East

The gullible Hollywood star exposes himself to be a useful idiot for the military/intelligence industrial complex by producing a blindly orthodox new six-part discussion series on Yemen, Iran, Palestine, Syria and Saudi Arabia.

As the US limps out of Afghanistan with its tail between its legs, and millions suffer and die under the most brutal of American-induced maladies from Syria to Palestine to Yemen and across the Middle East, I implore you to fear not, as Captain America is now on the case.

Chris Evans, the movie star best known for playing the patriotic leader of the Avengers, Steve Rogers, in the multi-billion-dollar Marvel Cinematic Universe, is out to solve the world’s problems and has set his dazzling blue eyes and decidedly empty head on the mess that is the Middle East.

Stephen Colbert likening Capitol Hill protesters to Taliban is not just a dumb joke, but DEMONIZATION of fellow Americans

Comedian Stephen Colbert comparing the Taliban to January 6 Capitol rioters may seem silly and dumb, but when he’s joined by a chorus of Democrat activists, it becomes clear they’re really saying the quiet part out loud.

“Why should our soldiers be fighting radicals in a civil war in Afghanistan? We’ve got our own on Capitol Hill,” Colbert said during his show on Monday night, showing the photos of the January riot that Democrats like him insist was an “insurrection” against Our Democracy.

The Suicide Squad is a grotesque, grisly, jingoistic state-sponsored horror show propagandising US foreign policy in Latin America

James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad is the latest superhero military propaganda vehicle, courtesy of the Pentagon’s Hollywood office. The result is a cynical, bloody glamorisation of US black ops in Central and South America.

The Suicide Squad is struggling at the pandemic-affected box office but has met with acclaim from critics and praise from audiences who have been largely starved of tentpole movies over the last couple of years. Despite its R-rating, ultra-violent visuals and the preponderance of depressing monologues where the various squad members outline their miserable backstories, it looks on course to be one of the best received movies of 2021.

Jodie Whittaker’s torrid term in the TARDIS proves that, if Doctor Who hopes to have one, the future isn’t female

Woke showrunner Chris Chibnall cast the first female Doctor Who to ‘fix’ the show. But now they’re abandoning the franchise after the fans abandoned them. If anyone has a time machine, can they go back and stop them taking over?

If you thought that Dr. Fauci was the most hated Doctor in the world, you would be mistaken. That title belongs to Jodie Whittaker and her portrayal of the thirteenth incarnation of Doctor Who.

To Whovians around the globe, when an actor announces they are stepping down from the iconic role of everyone’s favorite Time Lord, it’s a bittersweet moment. Every Doctor has had his loyal fans who are sad to see him go. But, in the case of Whittaker, who announced she’d be stepping down from the role on Thursday, the overwhelming reaction among the Doctor Who fanbase was one of celebration.

Hamilton, The Musical, Will Be Getting At Least $30 Million in Federal Aid. Hamilton, The Man, Is Partly to Blame.

The past year and a half has been a trying time for the theater industry. Though auditoriums around the country used to host music, dancing, and laughter, they have now grown accustomed to silence, and perhaps even a bit of dust. Productions that were not killed outright have been on life support, clinging to desperate hopes that the pandemic will be over sooner rather than later.

One of the most famous shows caught up in this mess is the musical Hamilton. Though it has been wildly successful since its 2015 opening, the pandemic and ensuing lockdowns have forced it to go into hibernation like nearly every other show. However, as the New York Times recently reported, the musical is set to receive $30 million in federal aid, and could receive up to $50 million in total.

Militaries Plunder Science Fiction for Technology Ideas, But Turn a Blind Eye to the Genre’s Social Commentary

By Will Slocombe, University of Liverpool

Military planning is a complicated endeavour, calling upon experts in logistics and infrastructure to predict resource availability and technological advancements. Long-range military planning, deciding what to invest in now to prepare armed forces for the world in thirty years’ time, is even more difficult.

One of the most interesting tools for thinking about future defence technology isn’t big data forecasting and the use of synthetic training environments, but narrative and imagination. And we get this from science fiction.

Welcome to 'Tamalewood!' Major studios, including Netflix and NBCUniversal, are fleeing California in favor of New Mexico to take advantage of 35% tax incentive

Hollywood is fleeing California in favor of New Mexico, enticed by the state's 35 per cent tax breaks and looser COVID-19 restrictions.

The tax incentive this year has already brought $623 million into the Land of Enchantment- or Tamalewood as the locals have nicknamed it.

Netflix and NBCUniversal both built production studios in New Mexico this year after signing deals a few years back. Netflix penned a $2billion deal to produce content in the state over the next decade while NBCUniversal committed to a $500 million deal.

Netflix's desert plateau southeast of Mesa Del Sol containing 10 new sound stages and training facilities is now the company's main North American location and one of the largest film production complexes in the country.

Oliver Stone’s new JFK assassination doc is being ignored by the MSM… a sure sign he might be onto something

The establishment media is celebrating odd, sexually charged movies at the Cannes Film Festival – yet won’t even acknowledge Oliver Stone’s foray back into the troubling case of President John F. Kennedy’s murder. I wonder why?

Last week, Oliver Stone premiered his new documentary about the Kennedy assassination titled ‘JFK Revisited: Through the Looking Glass’, at the Cannes festival.

You’d think that Stone, the polarizing, two-time Best Director Academy Award winner, whose filmJFK created such a furor it led to the US government passing the JFK Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992, premiering a controversial JFK assassination documentary at Cannes would be very big news. You’d be wrong.

Songwriter Iain Archer tells MPs streaming model is unethical

But in written evidence to the DCMS inquiry, he said that even if a song he had written was streamed one million times he might only earn about £450.

"On a song such as Be A Nobody by the artist Soak, this work had 1,402,712 streams in the year 2014 for which my publisher collected £118.80," Mr Archer said.

"I am clearly severely out of pocket on the costs incurred.

"Over six years I stand to make £1,355 from this song on 5,671,142 streams.

"All the above will also be reduced by a publisher's cut, management commission and tax."

Mr Archer said that level of payment for his work was "clearly not sustainable".

Diversity as Cover for the Creativity Crisis

The push for diversity comes at a moment when Hollywood creativity is at a low. Almost all original ideas are considered too much of a creative risk, especially in film

So maybe one of the reasons Hollywood accepts all these diversity mandates is that this will open up a new market: remaking or remixing almost every hit movie to correct the lack there of racial diversity in the original

Disney already prints money making live action remakes of almost every one of their animated films.

The next logical step is for them to remake even somewhat recent hits but in a new kind of Technicolor — BIPOColor.

It’s not creative bankruptcy — it’s a morally much-needed diversity remastering of a film.

The “racial reckoning” provided a self-righteous cover for a black “Pretty in Pink,” “Black to the Future,” etc.

Review: The Obamas’ Netflix Series ‘We the People’ Is a Woke ‘Schoolhouse Rock’

Imagine Schoolhouse Rock crossed with a corporate diversity seminar — along with a little acid — and you’ve got something close to Netflix’s We the People — a ten-part animated series from Barack and Michelle Obama that seeks to “reframe” how children think about the U.S. government, American history, and civic engagement.

The best that be said about this superficial civics lesson is that each episode is only five minutes long. The series brings together psychedelic animation and instantly forgettable songs to teach kids about citizenship, voting, taxes, and activism. In case you were wondering which way the political winds are blowing, the musical line-up includes left-wing stalwarts Lin-Manuel Miranda, Andra Day, Janelle Monae, and Bebe Rexha.

Film censors bow to snowflakes: Classic films including Rocky, Flash Gordon and Star Wars are slapped with stricter ratings to appease woke audiences

Also uprated was 1976 boxing classic Rocky, which was moved from a PG rating on video to a 12A for the 2020 theatrical re-release.

Its reclassification was due to 'moderate violence, mouthed strong language and domestic abuse', the BBFC said.

The extended edition of The Lord Of The Rings: The Fellowship Of The Ring was moved up to a 12A for its 'moderate fantasy violence and threat,' the BBFC said, bringing it in line with the other two films in the trilogy.

Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back was also re-released and was classified PG for 'moderate violence and mild threat'. It had been a U film, meaning it was suitable for all ages.

The Elephant Man, the 1980 drama starring Sir Anthony Hopkins and Sir John Hurt, became 12A for 'moderate threat, upsetting scenes and injury detail'.

Netflix may be forced to make a controversial change and you are not going to like it

Netflix has always been adamant that it won't force its users to watch adverts with CEO Reed Hastings saying last year: “We’ve got a much simpler business model, which is just focused on streaming and customer pleasure.

"There’s much more growth in the consumer market than there is in advertising, which is pretty flat.”

However, financial pressures and the growing list of streaming rivals may mean Netflix is forced to change its mind.

“Although Netflix management continues to strongly dismiss the idea of advertising, we think that view will be seen as a strategic mistake if future rates of subscriber growth start to fall short of Street expectations,” said Nathanson.

"Utopia" - Amazon Show Plot Featured Fake Virus, Global Vaccine Program To Sterilize World Population

An Amazon series released at the height of the COVID pandemic revolved around a plot where a virus is deliberately released and then a vaccine offered to a terrified public as a form of population control.

Utopia is a remake of the UK Channel 4 series originally released in 2013 and stars Jessica Rothe, Rainn Wilson, and John Cusack.

The plot centers on a group of comic book fans who discover an unpublished manuscript for a graphic novel which turns out to be a real life plot to fake a global pandemic in order to thin the earth’s population.

People are killed or poisoned to convince them that the virus is real before a traumatized population is convinced to take a vaccine which sterilizes the vast majority of them, lowering the planet’s population to just 500 million people total in a single generation.

The comic book fans are hunted down by a shadowy deep state organization after attempting to expose the conspiracy.

The world is rocked by the arrival of aliens in Invasion teaser trailer

Apple TV+ has a solid hit with its alternative-history sci-fi drama For All Mankind, which just wrapped its second season, and the streaming platform clearly hopes to repeat that success with a new forthcoming sci-fi drama Invasion.

Don't confuse this ambitious project with the 2005 ABC series of the same name about water-based creatures taking over the bodies of people living in a small Texas town after a severe hurricane (basically an aquatic riff on Invasion of the Body Snatchers). Apple TV+'s Invasion is more of a 21st-century riff on War of the Worlds. Shot on four locations on four different continents—New York, Manchester, Morocco, and Japan—the series is intended to "make you question what you would do under extraterrestrial threat," per the official premise, and "takes a global look at how one alien invasion would affect us all."

Bill Maher tests positive for COVID, forcing cancellation of Friday 'Real Time' episode

COVID-19 has sidelined comedian Bill Maher and, for one week at least, his HBO talk show, "Real Time with Bill Maher."

The "Real Time" Twitter account Thursday announced the cancellation of Friday's episode after the fully vaccinated host "tested positive during weekly staff PCR testing for COVID." The tweet continues that Maher "is asymptomatic and feels fine."

"'Real Time' production has taken every precaution following COVID CDC guidelines. No other staff or crew members have tested positive at this time," the tweet says.

Maher, who most assuredly will comment on the situation when he returns to his show, tweeted thanks to well-wishers later Thursday, while noting that he doesn't feel sick. He also lamented missing an episode, ending a streak that he says started in 1993 with an earlier show, ABC's "Politically Incorrect," and extended to "Real Time," which premiered in 2003.

Elon Musk's 'SNL' performance was a 'total win': Fox Nation host

May 10 07:50

Elon Musk Brings Ratings Lift to ‘Saturday Night Live’

Elon Musk’s turn as “Saturday Night Live” host brought the NBC late-night mainstay its third-highest ratings of the season.

The May 8 edition of “SNL” averaged a 4.8 household rating in Nielsen’s overnight metered markets and a 2.7 rating in adults 18-49. That put Musk’s episode at No. 3 behind Dave Chappelle’s outing as host on Nov. 7 and the Oct. 3 season premiere fronted by Chris Rock. Musk tied the ratings mark set Oct. 24 with the episode hosted by Adele with H.E.R. in the music slot.

Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, made headlines by revealing that he has Asperger syndrome during his opening monologue. Musk marked the rare choice of a business world personality to host the NBC late-night institution although his pop culture profile has grown in recent years thanks to some of his antics and business ventures, all of which were spoofed on “SNL.”

Why Star Wars Fans Are Concerned About The Bad Batch and Whitewashing

This week a new Star Wars animated series on Disney+, The Bad Batch, re-introduced us to the last days of the Clone War and the rise of the sinister Empire. But amid the blaster fights and familiar faces, some fans have shown concern that the show’s major characters have had their skin tones adjusted, pushing them away from their roots.

Marvel Boss: Doctor Strange Was Cut from ‘WandaVision’ to Avoid the ‘White Guy’ Showing the Female Lead ‘How Power Works’

The popular Disney+ streaming series WandaVision was originally set to feature a cameo by Marvel superhero Doctor Strange, played by actor Benedict Cumberbatch. But Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige said the “white guy” was cut so as to avoid him teaching Wanda, the strong female lead, “how power works.

Kevin Feige, made the admission this week revealing that the nine-episode series was going to feature a closing cameo by Doctor Strange. The sorcerer was apparently going to show and help Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) better understand the great powers she had developed during the series, among other ideas that were kicked around. Cumberbatch was even signed to reprise his role as Doctor Strange.

However, Cumberbatch was cut to avoid what Feige called the “white guy” coming in at the end to explain power to Wanda.

Frank Capra’s Defense of Humanity: Cinema Considered as a Moral Institution

Frank Capra (1897-1991) stands as one of the most brilliant directors/producers of the 20th Century, and sadly also one of the least understood- known at best for the film It’s a Wonderful Life played every year as a Christmas tradition, or Mr. Smith Goes to Washington.

Unbeknownst to even many film connoisseurs today, Capra was not only a pre-eminent cultural warrior who took every opportunity to expose fascist movements during the 1930’s and 1940’s but also fought to provide a positive principled understanding of the divinity mankind’s higher nature in all his works. When asked to put into words what motivated him to create movies he said:

“My films must let every man, woman, and child know that God loves them, that I love them, and that peace and salvation will become a reality only when they all learn to love each other”

Michael B. Jordan Addresses The Possibility Of Playing Black Superman

Actor Michael B. Jordan, who stars in the upcoming adaptation of Tom Clancy’s Without Remorse, recently addressed the possibility of playing a black Superman.

Jordan is no stranger to the question. Back in February 2019, he addressed a rumor that surfaced from Deadline that he might be playing Superman in an upcoming film.

Jordan appeared on Oprah where he stated, “Yeah, that was a rumor, I heard that. I heard that. I heard that. I heard a few rumors buzzing around. I think just to be in those conversations, it’s flattering. It’s very humbling.”

Then after Oprah asked him if he wanted to play Superman, Jordan responded, “It’s tough. You know why because I hate being a businessman also and understanding both sides of the situation. I think there’s a huge upside to it, but there’s being under that microscope and being picked apart and compared to so many different versions of Superman. I would rather do something original.”

Hollywood Was Born In America And Died Under The Influence Of Communist China

Travon Free used his time in the spotlight at the Oscars to scrutinize police for their use of force.

"Today, the police will kill three people, and tomorrow, the police will kill three people, and the day after that, the police will kill three people because, on average, the police in America every day kill three people," Free announced throughout his acceptance speech.

Free, who was a co-winner in the live-action short category, then proceeded to quote the late writer James Baldwin and announced it was "despicable" to be indifferent to the misery black people suffer at the hands of police.

7 Parts Of 'Rapunzel' That Were Really Messed Up

We all know the basics of Rapunzel: girl with long hair imprisoned by an evil witch, prince comes along, climbs up hair, rescues said trapped princess. (Why Rapunzel didn't just cut off her hair, knot it to something and climb down it herself is testimony to the power of Stockholm Syndrome.) But, while the original story seems to draw inspiration from several tales of women trapped in isolated places in various cultures, the Grimm Brothers' version of Rapunzel is the definitive tale — and it's one hell of a bizarre ride.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Claire located this after we watched Disney's "Tangled" last night. It is one of my favorite recent Disney movies; especially Maximus the horse (the team that animated him were brilliant IMHO). But in the spirit of "wokeness" Disney did sanitize the original tale a wee bit!

Enough of Hollywoke! Hannity blasts the Oscars as ‘a far left protest telling Americans how to think' and says viewership has tanked like it did for NFL when Kaepernick took knee. Megyn Kelly criticizes 'incessant lecturing'

Sean Hannity on Monday night criticized the Oscars for being overly political, agreeing with his former Fox News colleague Megyn Kelly that the 'woke' show had alienated viewers and driven ratings to an all-time low.

Just 9.85 million viewers tuned in - a 58 per cent drop on last year, which was already a record low, with 23.64 million viewers, according to early Nielsen numbers.

Hannity derided the Oscars as 'one big far left protest where self-obsessed celebrities berate the American people and tell them how to think'.

Nolte: Woketard Oscar Ratings Plummet 58%, First Time Below 10 Million Viewers

“In delayed fast national results just released by Nielsen, the 93rd Academy Awards were watched by a mere 9.85 million, with a dismal rating of 1.9 among the 18-49 demographic,” reports the far-left Deadline.

How dreadful is that? Well, last year’s Oscars used to be the lowest-rated in history, and this is a collapse of 58 percent below that. In the key 25-54 age demo, the collapse was a whopping – this is not a typo – 64 percent.

For comparison, just three years ago, total viewership dropped below 30 million for the first time in the ceremony’s recorded history.

The final numbers will be in later today or tomorrow, but holy cow. Who expected this? I mean, other than absolutely everybody.

Oscar Nominee Andra Day: School Textbooks ‘Are Designed to Continue White Supremacy’

Oscar-nominated star Andra Day has claimed the textbooks used in American schools are designed to perpetuate “white supremacy,” alleging they deliberately downplay or hide the accomplishments of black historical figures, including singer Billie Holiday, whom she plays in the Hulu movie The United States vs. Billie Holiday.

The pop star, who is a best actress nominee for her role in the movie, also praised Stacey Abrams (D) in a wide-ranging interview with left-wing cultural critic Roxane Gay for The Hollywood Reporter.

During the conversation, Andra Day attacked school textbooks, claiming they frequently omit historical accounts of black people, like the controversy surrounding Billie Holiday’s song “Strange Fruit,” which was a protest song against racist lynchings.

“We didn’t know because textbooks are designed to continue white supremacy, right? In schools and colleges. I didn’t know about [the women of] Hidden Figures because we weren’t supposed to know,” she said.

Oscars 2021: Regina King Kicks Off Ceremony with Threat to Protest if Derek Chauvin Case ‘Had Gone Differently’

Actress-turned-director Regina King wasted little time Sunday by kicking off the 93rd annual Academy Awards by declaring she would have protested in Minnesota “if things had gone differently this past week,” in an apparent reference to the verdict in the Derek Chauvin case.

Regina King began with a long track through Union Station in downtown Los Angeles before ending up in front of a live audience.

“I have to be honest: if things had gone differently this past week in Minneapolis I might’ve traded in my heels for marching boots,” King said. “I know many of you want to reach for your remote when you feel Hollywood is preaching to you, but as the mother of a black son who fears for his safety, I know the fear that so many live with. And no fame or fortune changes that. OK?”

Watch: 11 Woke Rants at the Oscars

Oscar winners and presenters at the Academy Awards are famous for using the platform to preach politics in grandiose speeches that have pushed left-wing narratives and promoted Democratic Party positions.

The 93rd Academy Awards, slated for Sunday, is likely to be no exception. TV ratings for the telecast have hit history lows. Still, sanctimonious speeches have been commonplace throughout the years — from global warming activist Leonardo DiCaprio launching into a climate-charged rant in 2016 to Kumail Nanjiani and Lupita Nyong’o giving a shout out to “Dreamers” in 2018.

Here is a look back at some of the most woke rants at the Oscars in recent years.

Holding the Oscars in a train station makes sense – the show was a ghastly train wreck

As evidenced by this most recent disastrously dull and incoherent ceremony, the annual Academy Awards are on the fast track to irrelevance.

My biggest question regarding 2021’s egregiously bungled and boring Oscar telecast is…if an awards show collapses but no one is watching, does it make a sound?

Interest in the Oscars has been in steep decline for years now, and after suffering through the entire three hour and twenty-minute show last night I can dutifully report that the 93rd Academy Awards came in with a whimper and left with a whimper, too.

New World Mordor: Amazon and New Zealand’s Lord of the Rings deal lays bare the ‘idyllic’ nation's role in global surveillance

Amazon’s forthcoming Tolkien production is anticipated to be the priciest TV show ever made, with the retail and streaming giant spending $250 million on the rights alone, plus hundreds of millions more on filming each season.

But there’s no worry of Amazon Studios going bust fulfilling its Middle Earth fantasies, because the New Zealand government is subsidising the series via a special 25% rebate for production costs. As well as being the most expensive TV show in history, Amazon’s Lord of the Rings project will also enjoy what is likely the biggest government cultural subsidy of all time.

Oscars hits an all-time LOW: Only 9.85million viewers tuned in to Academy Awards - down 58% on last year as three-hour long 'wokefest' gets panned

The number of people who tuned in to watch the three-hour long 'wokefest' that was the Oscars has hit an all time low with just 9.85 million viewers.

The television ratings for the 93rd Academy Awards on Sunday night is a 58 percent drop compared to last year's already record-low 23.64 million viewers, according to early Nielsen numbers.

The huge drop in ratings for Hollywood's biggest night continues an overall multi-year downward trend for the Academy Awards, which were above 43 million as recently as 2014.

Major Hollywood Studios Release Woke Statements Following Conviction Of Former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin

This Tuesday, Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was convicted on all three charges he was facing in the death of George Floyd — namely of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter.

Following the former police officer’s conviction, of course some of the major, woke Hollywood studios had something to say — releasing virtue signalling statements that promoted the Black Lives Matter organisation and even pushed the anti-police agenda.

“George Floyd’s murder is another chapter in the history of police brutality against Black people,” reads a statement shared on Twitter by HBO Max.

The statement continues, “Former police officer Derek Chauvin’s conviction was just, but the result is not the norm and the battle for racial equity continues. We remain committed to the Black community, especially our Black colleagues, storytellers, and fans, in this fight.”

‘Last Man Standing’ Star Tim Allen Condemns ‘Willful Process’ Working To Divide The American People

"Last Man Standing" star Tim Allen defied Hollywood norms to call out the "willful process to divide us" that's happening in our culture.

These days, Hollywood is dominated by liberals who have no problem with the government controlling as many aspects of our lives as possible. “Last Man Standing” star Tim Allen, however, has never been afraid to defy the Hollywood norm by speaking his own mind.

Allen did just that over the weekend by calling attention to one cultural trend in America with a powerful tweet that many of his fellow Hollywood stars will not like.

Tim Allen Sounds Off On Divisiveness

“I sense a willful process to divide us by connecting crises where no connection exist. Cui Bono. Who would benefit by this?” Allen wrote.

Video: Madonna Pushes Gun Control as the ‘Vaccination’ America Needs Most

Pop star Madonna posted a video Saturday in which she pushed gun control as the “vaccination” America needs at this time.

The video, posted to Instagram, shows Madonna walking among buildings, putting up gun control posters.

In the course of hanging the posters, Madonna says, “All safety is an illusion.”

Toward the end of video she turns, looks into the camera, and says, “Beware of this new vaccination for America to keep us all alive; it’s gonna keep us all safe. It’s called gun control, okay? It’s called gun safety, alright?”

She added that the “new vaccination…should be mandatory.”

Conservative Hollywood is Struggling To Get Their Voices Heard

A documentary film about an African American lawyer who grew from poverty and dictatorship in the Deep South to the highest court in the land would seem natural for Black History Month. In February, however, at the very time, its Prime Video service was starring films featuring black history makers, Amazon without reason stopped offering digital streams of “Created Equal: Clarence Thomas in His Own Words.”

While the film was removed despite having at one time reached No. 1 on Amazon’s documentary charts, the world’s largest online retailer proceeded to make free streams of less-popular documentaries, including a favorable one on Anita Hill, the former Thomas colleague who nearly wrecked his Supreme Court authorization.

A new poll suggests that many Americans want Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to run for president in the future.

Consumer research company Piplsay polled 30,138 people nationwide between April 2-4 and found that 46% of Americans would like to see the retired WWE wrestler make the White House his home.

Additionally, 40% of participants said they would like to see both Matthew McConaughey, who’s considering running for Texas governor, and Johnson run for public office.

During a 2017 appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Johnson said that he was "seriously considering" a run for president.

Actor Zach Avery Arrested for Allegedly Running Multi-Million Dollar Hollywood Movie Ponzi Scheme

Actor Zachary J. Horwitz, best known under his stage name Zach Avery, was arrested Tuesday in Los Angeles in connection with a massive Hollywood Ponzi scheme, which federal authorities allege defrauded investors out of more than $227 million.

Avery is accused of fabricating licensing deals with Netflix, HBO, as well as other platforms, in order to secure funding for his film distribution company, 1inMM Capital LLC, according to the FBI.

Avery's lawyer and publicist did not immediately respond to PEOPLe's request for comment.

In a sworn affidavit filed in Los Angeles federal court, FBI agent John Verrastro said Avery then used the funds for "personal benefit" and to make payments to previous investors "in the style of a classic Ponzi scheme."

Avery founded the Los Angeles-based 1inMM Capital LLC in 2013, claiming to distribute English films to the Latin American market through partnerships with HBO and Netflix, the FBI said.

Makers of ‘Gosnell’ movie to ‘blow the lid off Biden corruption’ with ‘My Son Hunter’

An Irish-born filmmaking couple will “blow the lid off Biden corruption” with their just-announced film My Son Hunter.

The creators of Gosnell and ObamaGate shared their plan to film a biopic of Hunter Biden — centered around his corrupt business dealings and scandalous lifestyle — that will include revelations from Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell.”

“This movie is going to tell the whole story,” said Phelim McAleer as he announced the film with his wife, Ann McElhinney. “China, Russia, Ukraine.”

“We know that Twitter suppressed the story in the New York Post,” McElhinney noted, referring to Twitter’s banning of a New York Post bombshell report revealing that Joe Biden was aware of his son’s Ukrainian business dealings.

V for Vendetta Might Be Even Better 15 Years Later

There’s a point about halfway through V for Vendetta when a character is looking at headlines and sees one that reads: “80,000 Dead.” The thought that some singular event could have killed so many people is meant to shock both him and the audience. In 2006, when V for Vendetta was released, it probably did. But in 2021, in the midst of a global pandemic that’s killed almost three million people worldwide, it feels not just plausible, but all too relatable, and revisiting the film reveals far, far scarier notions than anyone involved could have possibly imagined.

The ARTS now under assault by the insane Left as Disney BLOCKS movies like Peter Pan, Dumbo and Swiss Family Robinson

None of these films have anything sexual or vulgar, of course. The problem is that they contain certain themes that the Left feels are “racist.” Disney even created a whole new “Stories Matter” section on its website to unpack all of the apparently triggering content from its past – though it has no problem promoting satanic witchcraft for children.

Netflix comically tries to crack down on account sharing

Netflix is on to your shenanigans, and by golly it's going to do something about it.

The streaming behemoth is taking new steps to stop the dreaded scourge of account sharing this week, demanding an unspecified number of users prove it's their account watching all those Great British Baking Show reruns. According to the Hollywood Reporter and a screenshot shared on Twitter, which Netflix confirmed is authentic, some users will be asked to verify their account with either an emailed or texted code.

"If you don't live with the owner of this account, you need your own account to keep watching," reads the message.
