NY Governor Pushes For More Voting By Mail

Gov. Kathy Hochul announced she’ll make no-questions-asked mail voting a top priority in 2022 – even though voters denied that proposal only last month.

“I want New York State to be a leader, we have not been a leader in the past. We have made it too hard to vote…I believe that everyone should be able to vote by mail,” she told reporters in Albany Thursday.

REVEALED: CDC Massively Inflated Number of 'Vaccinated' Americans

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky has been wildly inflating the number of "vaccinated" Americans by counting potentially tens of millions of "boosters" and second doses as first time shots, according to a report from Bloomberg News.

To give you an idea of the scale of the CDC's overreporting, in just one state, Pennsylvania, the CDC overreported the number of first doses for the elderly "by about 850,000" when compared to the state's own revised estimates.

There's only around 2.27 million elderly people (aged 65 and over) in all of Pennsylvania.

"Alison Beam, the state's acting health secretary, said their review showed that some first doses were actually second doses -- meaning that fully inoculated people were counted twice as half-vaccinated," Bloomberg reported.

Schiff Lied, Here Is What Jim Jordan Really Texted Meadows Jan 6

Despite the altered texts that Adam Schiff used, Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan admitted he is the "lawmaker" who sent a text to Mark Meadows on the eve of the Capitol riot, suggesting how Mike Pence could bypass approving the November 2020 vote.

Jordan, a fierce ally and defender of Donald Trump, verified through his spokesman that on January 5, he texted Meadows, Trump's Chief of Staff, with guidance on certifying the election.

BIDEN’S BOUNTY ON YOUR LIFE: HOSPITALS’ INCENTIVE PAYMENTS FOR COVID-19 - ASSOCIATION OF AMERICAN PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS

Upon admission to a once-trusted hospital, American patients with COVID-19 become virtual prisoners, subjected to a rigid treatment protocol with roots in Ezekiel Emanuel’s “Complete Lives System” for rationing medical care in those over age 50. They have a shockingly high mortality rate. How and why is this happening, and what can be done about it?

As exposed in audio recordings, hospital executives in Arizona admitted meeting several times a week to lower standards of care, with coordinated restrictions on visitation rights. Most COVID-19 patients’ families are deliberately kept in the dark about what is really being done to their loved ones.

Ex-FBI lawyer convicted of forgery in probe of Trump ties to Russia reinstated by D.C. Bar and can once again practice law

A former top FBI lawyer convicted of forgery during the federal investigation of Russian interference into the 2016 election can now practice law again in Washington, D.C. after a one-year suspension of his license.

Kevin Clinesmith, who pleaded guilty to a felony in August 2020, admitted to doctoring an email that served as support a Russiagate wiretap of Carter Page, a former campaign official in President Donald Trump.

In January, Judge James Boasberg ordered the disgraced lawyer to work 400 hours of community service and 12 months probation, ending at the end of 2021.

Through some legal maneuvering, Clinesmith, knowing he would be convicted, agreed to suspend his own license in August 2020, allowing him to serve out the sanction before his criminal sentence was up.

IRS Filing Confirms: Zuckerberg Grantee Spent $332 Million for ‘Local Election Administration’ in 2020

A compliance document filed with the Internal Revenue Service by the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) confirms the nonprofit spent $332 million in “grants and other assistance to domestic organizations and domestic governments” in the 2020 election to “increase civic participation by modernizing engagement between local gov[ernment] and the people they serve.”

As Breitbart News reported in October 2020, “Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced on Tuesday that he and his wife have donated an additional $100 million to a ‘safe elections’ project run by the non-profit Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL), bringing their total contributions to that project to $350 million since September 1.”

Critics say these grants for “local election administration” were really thinly veiled efforts to get-out-the-vote for Democratic candidates, specifically for Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden.

Raiding the World Bank: Exposing a Fondness for Dictators

By James Bovard

I have always had a bad attitude toward official secrets regardless of who is keeping them. That prejudice and John Kenneth Galbraith are to blame for an unauthorized withdrawal I made from the World Bank.

When I lived in Boston in the late 1970s, I paid $25 to attend a series of lectures by Galbraith on foreign aid and other topics. The louder Galbraith praised foreign aid, the warier I became. His hokum spurred my reading and led me to recognize that foreign aid is one of the worst afflictions that poor nations suffer. As one critic quipped, foreign aid is money from governments, to governments, for governments.

HILLARY ISN’T OUT OF THE WOODS YET DURHAM JUST DROPPED 91,000 PAGE BOMB SILENCING ATTORNEY

Hillary is by no means out of the woods yet and special prosecutor John Durham just doubled down.

Earlier this year, Durham indicted Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussman for lying during a meeting between him and former FBI General Counsel James Baker on September 19, 2016. Sussman has been accused of using fake evidence to mislead the FBI into believing there was a secret back channel between Russian banks and the Trump organization.

Sussman claims that he was not working for any entity and met with Baker on his own accord however, Durham has 91,000 pages of documents to counter Sussman’s claim.

Lawyers representing Sussman said Durham’s evidence “directly contradict the Special Counsel’s allegation that Mr. Sussmann affirmatively told Mr. Baker that he was not meeting with him on behalf of any clients.”

Durham fired back in a court filing:

A Last-Ditch Effort to Eliminate a Tax Dodge for the Super-Rich

It’s almost the new year. Let’s make sure Private Equity Barons leave their favorite tax giveaway in 2021.

Much like corporate raiders of the 1980s, the massive private equity industry spent the Covid-19 pandemic increasingly expanding their control over businesses, housing, education, consumer lending, energy, infrastructure, and more. This made a small class of money managers extremely rich, while white, Black and Brown working people suffered.

Their debt-fueled model is not unlike payday lending. Private equity executives buy a company and load it up with debt, then kill jobs and suck wealth from workers, tenants, and communities. As one expert quipped, private equity is perhaps the “single most efficient wealth transfer from taxpayers, workers, and retirees to the richest .01 percent.”

For 4th time, Republican senator blocks passage of Iron Dome funding bill

Republican Senator Rand Paul blocked a fourth consecutive request by Democrats Wednesday to pass legislation granting $1 billion in supplemental funding for Israel’s Iron Dome missile defense system.

As he has argued the previous time he blocked the unanimous consent measure in the past two months, Paul insisted that the funding come out of the $6 billion in proposed US assistance to Afghanistan.

Democrats came under fire from pro-Israel groups in early October after House leadership briefly delayed a vote on the bill amid opposition from a handful of progressive members. However, the funding went on to pass overwhelmingly 420-9-2, moving to the Senate, where it has since been held up by Paul.

20 Democrats Will Not Seek Reelection in House — 4X Number GOP Needs to Win Back Majority

As the twentieth Democrat announced an exit from the House of Representatives after the midterms, the party’s chances of maintaining the majority have declined, as the Republicans only need to net a quarter of those seats to win back the majority.

The announcements are piling up, with California Democrat Rep. Alan Lowenthal on Thursday becoming the latest to say he would not run for reelection at the end of his current term, noting, “it is time to pass the baton” as his “journey” comes to an end. However, his announcement is only the latest, as older or more vulnerable Democrats are leaving their current seats to retire, including three committee chairs, or seek a different office, either on the local or state level.

‘We’re a Free Market’: Nancy Pelosi Rejects Ban on Lawmakers, Spouses Trading Individual Stocks

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said members of Congress and their spouses should not be barred from trading individual stocks as part of the STOCK Act, citing a “free market economy.”

During a press briefing on Wednesday, in response to a report from Insider showing that 49 members of Congress (Democrats and Republicans) have failed to disclose their transactions in accordance with Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge (STOCK) Act of 2012, Pelosi was asked if members of Congress and their spouses should be banned from trading individual stocks, thereby preventing insider trading,

“We’re a free-market economy,” Pelosi explained. “They should be able to participate in that.”

Pelosi did note that members of Congress should be revealing their stock transactions, which would show possible insider trading:

Kyrsten Sinema Wrecks Biden’s Hopes of Destroying Federal Election Integrity Laws; Democrats Panic

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) on Thursday wrecked President Biden’s hopes of destroying federal election integrity laws, causing Democrats to panic heading into the 2022 midterms.

While Biden on Wednesday was forced to shelve his massive tax and spend package until next year because of Sen. Joe Manchin’s (D-WV) opposition, Biden immediately pivoted to enact his second priority of altering election integrity laws, such as doing away with popular voter ID constraints.

“If we can get the congressional voting rights done, we should do it. … There’s nothing domestically more important than voting rights,” Biden said.

But Sinema singlehandedly burst Biden’s desperate attempt to weaken election integrity laws Wednesday evening by stating she will protect the 60-vote filibuster threshold. Fifty Senate votes are needed to trash the filibuster. If the filibuster is terminated, a simple majority vote could be held to destroy election laws.

Pro-Zelensky MPs getting $20,000 monthly secret payments – former aide

Lawmakers from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s party are allegedly being slipped thousands of dollars in cash and can be fined for not voting on important laws, the leader’s ex-chief of staff has sensationally claimed.

Speaking in a marathon interview with journalist Dmitry Gordon on Tuesday, Andrey Bogdan said the ‘Servant of the People’ MPs are purportedly handed money each month, in envelopes, as part of an unofficial salary. He named a figure totaling around $20,000. This sum, however, is not paid in Ukraine’s currency, the hryvnia, according to Bogdan.

The ex-chief of staff went on to claim that if lawmakers do not vote in line with the party whip on key issues, then they will face financial penalties, thereby reducing their earnings.

The Jan. 6 puzzle piece that's going largely ignored

As Donald Trump and his allies squeezed then-Vice President Mike Pence to single-handedly stop Joe Biden’s presidency in the weeks ahead of Jan. 6, they used one particular tool that’s been largely ignored ever since.

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) sued Pence on Dec. 27, just as Trump was ratcheting up his pressure campaign against his vice president. Backed by a squad of lawyers associated with Trump ally and conspiracy theorist Sidney Powell, Gohmert argued Pence should assert unilateral control over certification, governed only by the vague wording of the Twelfth Amendment.

Gohmert’s move forced Pence to publicly resist Trump’s subversion of the election, only a week before the fateful Jan. 6 joint session of Congress. When the Justice Department stepped in to defend Pence from the lawsuit on Dec. 29, it marked the first time Pence signaled he wouldn’t fold to Trump’s demands.

How do you solve a problem like Johnson?

IF THE conundrum of your job security depending on you sacking a colleague, but simultaneously on keeping him, has exercised the minds of Tory MPs this past week – especially those elected only two years ago by the Red Wall constituencies newly won from Labour with small majorities – it would be no surprise. Because that’s the dilemma they face with Boris Johnson.

In only two years, Campaigner Johnson, whose 2019 ability to reach voters largely gave them their ‘MP’ titles, has morphed into Calamity Johnson: a PM mired in scandals. These arise equally from his ineptitude in basic governing, having created a fractious and dysfunctional No 10 operation reminiscent of an intrigue-riven medieval court, his manifest character flaws – particularly his entitlement-driven hypocrisy in breaching his own lockdown rules and embarrassing policy U-turns – and his undue deference to shrill, unelected courtiers and advisers with debatable agendas.

Will Lord Geidt pull the trigger and finish Boris Johnson?

Lord Geidt is a serious person not to be trifled with. During the Bosnian war in the early 1990s and in the aftermath of that horror, he negotiated with the Bosnian Serb leadership. Later, Radovan Karadži? and General Ratko Mladi? were indicted for war crimes. After his army and diplomatic career – he had joined the Scots Guards following Trinity Hall, Cambridge and KCL – he worked for the Queen. He was the monarch’s private secretary from 2007-2017.

Having appointed him as his ethics adviser, or the independent adviser on ministers’ interests, this is someone the Prime Minister should have been extremely careful not to fall out with. But that is what happened when Geidt investigated the bafflingly expensive and unnecessarily plush renovation of the Downing Street flat.

Boris assured Geidt that he hadn’t been asking around for cash. Geidt published his investigation in good faith on that basis.

Fox News did as they were told and deleted the post on both Facebook and Instagram just hours later.

During January 6 Hearing, Schiff Doctored Text Messages Between Mark Meadows And Rep. Jim Jordan

Oops, he did it again. After leaking fake Donald Trump, Jr. emails, fabricating the transcript of a 2019 phone call between former President Donald Trump and Ukraine’s president, and lying about his interactions with the so-called whistleblower behind House Democrats’ first impeachment of Trump, Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., is now running the same con against a fellow lawmaker. During a hearing Monday night on the riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, Adam Schiff claimed to have proof that a member of Congress texted former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows to instruct former Vice President Mike Pence to overturn the 2020 presidential election results.

Not only did Schiff misrepresent the substance of the text message and its source, he even doctored original text messages, which were obtained and reviewed by The Federalist in their entirety.
