Le Pen Cleared Of Breaking Hate Speech Laws For Posting Images of ISIS Atrocities

Populist leader Marine Le Pen has been cleared of violating hate speech laws after she was ludicrously charged for posting images of ISIS atrocities in an effort to illustrate the barbarity of ISIS.

Le Pen originally posted the images in 2015 as a rebuttal to comparisons that were being made between her National Front party and Islamic jihadists.

“This is what Daesh is,” she wrote under the photos, which showed ISIS militants executing people.

Despite posting the photos in an effort to denounce ISIS, Le Pen was accused of “disseminating violent messages that could seriously harm human dignity,” a charge that was never applied to media outlets or journalists who shared similar photos.

While anything other than an acquittal would have been incomprehensible, the fact that it took over 5 years to happen is absurd and undoubtedly related to Le Pen’s hostility to the French establishment.

Webmaster's Commentary:

What this woman did... was to demonstrate the truth of the situation.

One knows that a society is on the brink of no return, when telling the truth gets criminalized.

IF these images were "fake news", that would have been horrendous; but in light of the fact that these images were of events which actually happened, these charges should never have been brought about by French authorities in the first place.

Religious/political assassinations are just plain morally wrong, period, end of discussion.

The F-35’s Carrier Variant Is Finally Going to Sea

  • The aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson will embark on a new deployment sometime this year.
  • The carrier’s air wing will include the F-35C, the carrier variant of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, for its first-ever cruise.
  • The deployment will also include the Navy’s new CMV-22 Osprey in the transport role.

Sometime later this year, the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson will leave its homeport of San Diego and head for the Western Pacific. The carrier will bring along two new additions for the cruise: the F-35C Joint Strike Fighter and the CMV-22 Osprey tiltrotor.

? You love badass planes. So do we. Let’s nerd out over them together.
The deployment will mark the first time in more than two decades a new carrier strike fighter has gone to sea. The Carl Vinson, a Nimitz-class nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, will go to sea with Carrier Air Wing 2, whose four strike squadrons mostly include F/A-18E/F Super Hornets.

Elon Musk Facing FBI Investigation For Dogecoin Ponzi Scheme

Elon Musk is rumored to be facing scrutiny by the FBI for allegedly pumping Dogecoin and dumping it on investors who aren’t quite sure what the currency is, or does. While the FBI did not confirm this investigation they released a statement saying. “It is important for people to know what they’re getting into. Just because someone is wealthy and seen as smart, that doesn’t mean you should take financial advice from them. We intend to prosecute anyone who partakes in ponzi schemes, pump and dump like schemes.”

Elon Musk: Dogecoin Will Live Forever
Musk responded to the rumored headlines in a tweet stating “Good luck catching my rocket. Doge will live forever. #dogefather.” Musk fans appeared to be happy with their technoking crapping on the federal government, many of whom begged Elon to start his own nation free from communist Joe Biden’s grimey hands. Musk is set to host Saturday Night Live in the coming weeks though it is unclear if he will be in the country by the time it airs

China "Indefinitely" Suspends Economic Dialogue With Australia As Relations Continue To Deteriorate

More recently, China accused Australia of giving a "free pass" to terror-sympathizers over accusations that Aussie politicians are backing Uighur activists and providing external support to Muslim fundamentalists in Xinjiang - which came just weeks after a senior Australian official warned that the "drums of war" are "beating" as relations continue to sour.

"In a world of perpetual tension and dread, the drums of war beat — sometimes faintly and distantly, and at other times more loudly and ever closer," said Australia’s Department of Home Affairs Secretary Mike Pezzullo in comments that were made public late last month.

Bulletin Of Atomic Scientists Opens The Wuhan Virus Pandora's Box

Why would anyone want to create a novel virus capable of causing a pandemic? Ever since virologists gained the tools for manipulating a virus’s genes, they have argued they could get ahead of a potential pandemic by exploring how close a given animal virus might be to making the jump to humans. And that justified lab experiments in enhancing the ability of dangerous animal viruses to infect people, virologists asserted.

With this rationale, they have recreated the 1918 flu virus, shown how the almost extinct polio virus can be synthesized from its published DNA sequence, and introduced a smallpox gene into a related virus.

Crimes of Covid Vaccine Maker Pfizer Documented

Pfizer, a drug company which appears to have won the lottery to produce the first Covid-19 vaccine, is currently battling hundreds of lawsuits over Zantac, a popular heartburn medication. Zantac lawsuits claim the popular drug can be contaminated with a cancer-causing substance called N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA). The Zantac suits are open-ended and ongoing, as the drug maker is fighting them; but Pfizer has, we know, committed several crimes or transgressions for which it has been punished in recent years. The company’s failings are well documented and worth reviewing at this critical time in human history as we all search for answers.

Russian Troops Mass Near Ukraine, So The U.S. Military Lands An Army Brigade In Albania

This spring Russia massed 80,000 troops and thousands of vehicles near Ukraine.

Now NATO is mobilizing 28,000 of its own troops for a sprawling, months-long series of war games with its locus—you guessed it—near Ukraine.

While the alliance’s Defender Europe 21 exercise is just the latest iteration of an annual training event and long has been in the works, its geography is no accident.

NATO—and the United States in particular—is determined to match Russian deployments where Russia is most aggressive.

“The Defender Europe exercise is going to conclude in June,” Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said, “but not before demonstrating joint-force readiness, lethality and interoperability, reinforcing the U.S. commitment to our allies and partners and providing an outstanding opportunity to highlight the superb job our men and women are doing every day and in the region—the Balkan and Black Sea regions in particular, and throughout Europe and the Africa area of operations.”

US Embassy message sparks online anger in China

BEIJING (AP) — An online message from the U.S. Embassy in Beijing has prompted anger online in China.

The message sent out on Chinese social media said applications were being accepted for study at American universities and those wishing to go should “jump at the chance like little puppies.”

That description triggered hundreds of thousands of comments calling the post, along with a video of puppy striving to cross a fence, racist.

The controversy comes amid heightened tensions between Beijing and Washington over disputes involving intellectual property, trade and human rights in Xinjiang and Tibet, among others. China has taken a hard line under President Joe Biden's administration as it increases its military spending and diplomatic strength.

Frustrated Israelis Says Russian Navy Protecting Iranian Tankers to Syria

Amid confused reports of a drone attack on an Iranian ship in the Mediterranean on its way to Syria, Iran appears to have moved its weapons shipments to Syria and Lebanon from the land — where Israel has regularly tracked and destroyed them — to ships that may be receiving protection from Russian vessels in the Mediterranean.

At the same time, defense sources here say Israel has intensified its aerial attacks on targets in Syria once the weapons are delivered by sea. The last such attack was on April 22.

Israeli defense sources here say the Iranian ships sail from the Red Sea, transit the Suez Canal and arrive in the Mediterranean. The defense sources say the ships documents claim they carry only oil, but there are indications that “oil is not the only cargo.” [Israel would of course say that.]

Israel finds itself in a situation where little can be done to stop this new route from Iran to Syria.

US Establishment Recycling “WMD” Iraq War Propaganda For Iran

By Robert Inlakesh

As the United States seems to be nearing re-entry into the Iran Nuclear Deal, the corporate media are whipping out every piece of war propaganda in order to drive a wedge between the Biden Administration and the Iranian government.

This Monday, in a piece so outrageous that it verges on the comical, Fox News published a piece which directly claim’s Iran has been seeking technology to develop “Weapons of Mass Destruction” as of last year.

The article, written by Benjamin Weinthal, using widely over-inflating reports which carry no evidence to back them up, added the finishing touch to the current mainstream media vernacular about Iran, bringing us from 2021 back to 2003...

6000% Increase in Reported Vaccine Deaths 1st Quarter 2021 Compared to 1st Quarter 2020

As can be expected when new experimental “vaccines” that are not approved by the FDA are given emergency use authorization to fight a “pandemic” that is now over a year old, reported deaths following the injections of these shots have now skyrocketed in the U.S. population by over 6000% here at the end of the first quarter of 2021, as compared to recorded deaths following FDA-approved vaccines at the end of the first quarter of 2020.

These new products, which many doctors and scientists claim do not even meet the legal definition of a “vaccine,” are described by the manufacturers themselves as “operating systems” called the “software of life,” and prior to COVID they have never been approved to be used on human populations.

There are literally thousands of doctors and scientists around the world who have spoken out against these experimental injections, some even calling them “biological weapons of mass destruction.”

White House Supports Social Media’s Ability To Silence ‘Misinformation’

According to the White House, social media companies have the responsibility of shutting down misinformation. During a press conference Wednesday, Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked about Facebook’s decision to uphold its ban of President Trump.

Specifically, she was asked if Big Tech oligarchs can muzzle a former president, what’s to stop them from silencing anyone? Psaki said she had no comment on Trump, but said Joe Biden’s view is that the major platforms have the job to stop amplifying “untrustworthy content.”

“His view is that there’s more that needs to be done to ensure that this type of misinformation, disinformation, damaging, sometimes life threatening information is not going out to the American public,” stated the press secretary.

Xi Jinping says China is ‘invincible’, regardless of challenges ahead

Chinese President Xi Jinping told Communist Party officials at the start of the year the world was in “turmoil” and would be for some time, but regardless of the challenges it faced, Beijing was “invincible”.

His comments came in a speech made during a study session at the Central Party School on January 11 – just five days after a mob stormed the US Capitol in Washington – and was published in full by party journal Qiushi on Friday.

“At present, the world is experiencing profound and unprecedented changes,” he said. “The most conspicuous feature of the world today can be summarised in one word – ‘turmoil’ – and it looks like this situation will continue for some time.”

Large parts of the speech, which ran to more than 12,000 words, concerned China’s recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic.

Jersey officials hold talks with French fishermen over rights dispute

Jersey officials are meeting French fishermen, who have been protesting over their post-Brexit rights, in an attempt to resolve the dispute.

Two Royal Navy ships and two French vessels are patrolling near Jersey while about 60 French and Jersey boats are at the island's St Helier port.

French fishermen say their rights are unfairly restricted by licences issued by the island under a new system.

No 10 said the PM has been in contact with Jersey officials over the row.

HMS Severn, which has previously been used to shadow Russian navy warships off the English coast, can be seen from the port, sitting off about a mile from the French boats. HMS Tamar is nearby and both ships are maintaining a presence and not making any effort to intervene.

IEA: U.S. Lacks Critical Minerals, Biden’s Policies Benefit China

The International Energy Agency (IEA) warned Joe Biden’s policies are bolstering Chinese control over the global supply of critical minerals.

In a new report, the IEA said the U.S. is lacking a stable supply of rare earth materials along with copper, cobalt and lithium. The agency pointed out that China controls between 60 and 90 percent of the supply of such minerals, which are mainly used in advanced electronics and clean energy production.

Back in 2019, President Trump took steps to boost America’s own supply, but the IEA said those efforts were not enough and the U.S. must diversify its sources of rare elements.

“As you can see on the screen for lithium, cobalt and rare earth elements, the world’s top three producing nations control well over three quarters of global output,” explained Tim Gould, the IEA’s head of division for energy supply outlooks and investment. “And in some cases ,a single country is responsible for around half of worldwide production.”

Four senators sold stocks before coronavirus threat crashed market

Four senators sold stocks shortly after a January briefing in the Senate on the novel coronavirus outbreak, unloading shares that plummeted in value a month later as the stock market crashed in the face of a global pandemic.

According to financial disclosure forms, Sens. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.), James Inhofe (R-Okla.), Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Richard Burr (R-N.C.) each sold hundreds of thousands of dollars in stocks within days of the Senate holding a classified briefing on Jan. 24 with Trump administration officials on the threat of the coronavirus outbreak.

The sales raise questions about whether the senators violated the STOCK Act, a law that bans members of Congress from making financial trades based on nonpublic information.

This old programming language is suddenly hot again. But its future is still far from certain

Fortran is the oldest commercial programming language, designed at IBM in the 1950s. And even though, for years, programmers have been predicting its demise, 64 years later it's still kicking, with users including top scientists from NASA and the Department of Energy using it on the world's most powerful supercomputers.

It even recently – and very unexpectedly – popped up again in a ranking of the most popular programming languages, albeit in 20th place. This resurgence has been explained by the huge need for scientific number crunching; something that Fortran is very good at.

44% of older millennials already have a chronic health condition. Here’s what that means for their futures

As millennials begin to turn 40 in 2021, CNBC Make It has launched Middle-Aged Millennials, a series exploring how the oldest members of this generation have grown into adulthood amid the backdrop of the Great Recession and the Covid-19 pandemic, student loans, stagnant wages and rising costs of living.

Every morning, Kristin Bennett starts her day off by swallowing about 14 different supplements and vitamins designed to help her keep the worst symptoms of her disease at bay.

Bennett has relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis, a central nervous system disease she’s been dealing with for about 20 years after being diagnosed in 2001. She just turned 40 last month.

Health conditions like Bennett’s can take a toll, both financially and emotionally. And unfortunately, as the oldest millennials start to hit 40, many are finding themselves coping with chronic health conditions — more so than previous generations, according to some recent research.

Why paedophiles love the gender revolution

A couple of years ago it was revealed that one in 50 male prisoners identify as women, four times the figure in the general population, which led to theorising that some male prisoners were simply saying they identified as a woman in the hope they could receive certain privileges, potentially even a transfer to a women’s prison or an early release from jail altogether.

April 2021 taught us that it’s surprising the figure is only one in 50.

In that month alone, at least three separate UK trials took place involving child abusers, in which the defendant claimed they now identify as a woman, and that this identity means they should receive a lesser sentence, or even none at all.

Incredibly, in two of the three trials, the judge agreed.

Texas Senate passes bill allowing permitless carry of firearms

The Texas Senate gave initial approval on a contentious bill to allow permitless carry of firearms in an 18-13 vote on Wednesday.

House Bill 1927 removes the licensing requirement for Texans to carry firearms if they are 21 or older “and not otherwise prohibited by state or federal law from possessing the firearm.”

“The premise of the bill is not about trying to keep guns out of the hands of criminals. This is about trying to reinstitute a constitutional right for law abiding citizens,” State Sen. Charles Schwertner, R-Georgetown, who is sponsoring the legislation in the Senate, said Wednesday.

“People who are prohibited from possessing a handgun will still be prohibited from possessing a handgun under this bill,” he said, noting that business owners and private property owners would still have the right to “exclude handguns on their property.”

Lincoln Project’s Social Media Influence Has Plummeted, Analyses Show

The Lincoln Project gained influence in large part through social media, where its slick ads provoked former president Donald Trump to attack it and its leadership. But while the group plans for a post-Trump existence, analyses of the group’s social media traction show its digital footprint has flatlined since Trump left office, as the group was further beset by sexual and financial scandals.

Since President Joe Biden took office in January, the liberal super PAC has lost tens of thousands of Twitter followers, and its digital footprint on Facebook has flatlined.

According to Social Blade, a social media data analysis company, the Lincoln Project has lost followers on Twitter in each week since Trump’s second impeachment trial on February 13. In the first week of February, the organization gained 984 followers but has shed followers every week since then.
